“Slightly dissapointed this year. Maybe it was my own fault for picking a smaller tree. Just feels a bit underwhelming and has dropped so many needles compared to last. Think I will be going to pick my tree in future. Suppose its a lucky dip getting it delivered. Can't knock the service however was brilliant. Prompt delivery and friendly driver.”

Hi Anthony Thanks for the review. Yes, last year you ordered a 6-7ft and this year it was a 5-6ft. We measured your tree before dispatching and it was actually above a 6ft. Normally we don’t do this because 5ft to 6fts are below 6ft but it’s been a good growing season so they’re all slightly bigger this year. We equally sell larger trees. When you step up or down a size then the height and width generally changes too. The taller the tree, the wider they generally go. Once decorated then feel free to add an image to your review so others can understand the size and the context of your review. “Beautiful quality tree and kind delivery man, my only quibble would be the delivery updates not coming through but this doesn't take away from my lovely tree!”
