“Bought two radiators via Ebay in September 2017. I had already left Ebay feedback but didn't fit them until January 2018. During fitting one of the radiator inlets proved to be faulty and had a persistent drip from the thread. After supplying photos to them the company sent another radiator out to me free of charge with no quibble and excellent communication.
Very very good customer service. Unusually and pleasingly helpful. I would most definitely recommend them and WILL buy from there again.”

At no point have Cindyonline taken this seriously and they have treated me like it was my fault that I haven't received it.

“Awful online customer service. Had a leak from one of their radiators but they are continually dodging and avoiding email communication. We have sent in excess of 60 emails. Despite promising a replacement radiator they have not sent one to us after many months. Initially they asked us to mark the dispute on eBay as resolved but once we had done this , we never heard from them again!! Beware !!”
“Purchased two identical sun awnings. Turns out that one of the awnings leaks in light rain. Sent pictures of the leaks to this seller. Seller continues to insist that the product is not faulty even with photographic evidence. Can’t believe a company can be so dismissive when presented with clear evidence.”
