“Contact was good and simple. Pricing structure easily understood. Product was delivered on time and as expected. The postal packaging was a bit suspect, but everything was there, so may be an issue with Post Office. More robust packing would be advantageous.”

“I was nervous about sending my home videos away for conversion so I just started with a few which didn't have much sentimental value. They arrived safely and I received am email to advise me of that, then once the conversion was done I received another email with the digital downloads and my videos and the DVD I ordered followed in the post soon after. So I now have the confidence to send in my more important videos. All in all, very happy with the service.”

“I found Magic Memories to be an ideal company for transferring VHS Video tapes to a memory stick for me. They carried out the work quickly, were pleasantly staffed and had the bonus of being just two miles from where I live! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and thoroughly recommend them.”
