“So the executive car we booked, was definitely NOT executive! We may as well just booked a taxi when we got to the airport. The car was about 20 years old, stank of cigarette smoke and had no air conditioning. I will not be using yourselves again and would not recommend either. The only positive was the driver was there on time. Other than that hugely disappointed and would be going with another company that knows the meaning of executive vehicles.”

Thanks to your feedback we immediately reached out to your choice of transporter to make sure everything went ok for the return trip. We also started an investigation as to what had gone wrong. They confirmed the dispatch of an executive vehicle to our standards. Their executive vehicles are all under 8 years old, equipped with AC, are subject to weekly "no-smoking" spot-checks and your service happened to be operated by a long-time driver for the fleet. On this occasion, I'm sorry that our story doesn't quite match yours, and we'll be happy to investigate further if you would like us to do so. CityHook is always here to support passengers take the best possible trip, and resolve any issue with your chosen transporter.

“Easy to book, efficient system and was met by our driver at airport. Flight was delayed, which is always a worry but driver was there waiting. Reasonably priced at 66 Euros for a personal transfer of 5 people in an air conditioned people carrier whereas taxi would have only cost 50 Euros but do not carry 5 passengers.”

“It was the first time I have used CityHook. There was 10 of us travelling to Majorca and we wanted a private transfer to and from the hotel. This service was brilliant, found the driver easily, very friendly and prompt. I had a few queries and the people at CityHook always responded within an hour, a great service. I would defiantly recommend and use them again. Thank you CityHook”

“Excellent service, clean new veichle sweet comfortable brand new car seats, drivers impeccable and very efficient at getting you to your destination far quicker than a taxi would. Extremely polite and punctua. Will be using city hook for every trip from now on cannot fault it!”

“Received nothing but great service from the transfer company. Had 2 separate parties arriving on 2 planes and one was delayed past our arranged pick up time- quick call to the number provided and they let the driver know we would be delayed. Easy to book,pay and use. Cheap also! £150 for return transfer for private minibus 6 passengers for over an hour each way. Will definitely use again if needed.”
