“Unfortunately we didn’t get what we booked. We were supposed to be picked up with a big van but instead were welcomed by a driver in a Prius. The driver was super friendly and tried to figure out how we and our 8 pieces of luggage would get in the car. Would book city hook again but please don’t do that to your customers or drivers. It just seems as if you only want the money and don’t care about the customers experience.”

We're glad the driver was helpful. When you book with your choice of transporter through our system, we send all the details exactly as you request. It looks like your they sent you the wrong car without informing us. We take this type of mix-up very seriously and we will do our very best to make sure it doesn't happen in future. Part of booking through CityHook means that we're here to help resolve issues like this. We will get in touch with you separately to resolve this and, of course, refund any fare difference.

“Arrived at Palma and no taxi, website is poor and advised to send what's app message. Sent message and no-one has looked at what's app for 9 months, tried to phone the number to get no answer!!!! Had to ring Majorca taxis myself as had nothing from city hook”

CityHook is on stand-by to help with emergencies on your day of travel and to help resolve issues between you and your choice of transport company. You can reach us by voice, SMS, different chat services and WhatsApp. You did the right thing by calling the local provider directly, as stated clearly in your travel documents. On this occasion, the issue was due to the fact that you had made a booking much later than your flight arrival time.

“So the executive car we booked, was definitely NOT executive! We may as well just booked a taxi when we got to the airport. The car was about 20 years old, stank of cigarette smoke and had no air conditioning. I will not be using yourselves again and would not recommend either. The only positive was the driver was there on time. Other than that hugely disappointed and would be going with another company that knows the meaning of executive vehicles.”

Thanks to your feedback we immediately reached out to your choice of transporter to make sure everything went ok for the return trip. We also started an investigation as to what had gone wrong. They confirmed the dispatch of an executive vehicle to our standards. Their executive vehicles are all under 8 years old, equipped with AC, are subject to weekly "no-smoking" spot-checks and your service happened to be operated by a long-time driver for the fleet. On this occasion, I'm sorry that our story doesn't quite match yours, and we'll be happy to investigate further if you would like us to do so.
