“I have been scam by PHA company claiming my tax return from HMRC and deducting 48 % service charges.
I didn't know HMRC owes me tax return , until i received a tex massage from PHA that they have already claimed my tax return and they are charging me 48% service charge .Would you sign any form of paper to claim tax return with 48%deduction ?
I did report PHA to HMRC but , they don't try to be helpful at all .
Scam company .they have to be reported to www.action froude. Police.uk”
“SCAM company fraudulently used my family members details and faked their signature on a form to collect tax from HMRC.
They have been reported to the police. Avoid at all costs!!!!”
“The worse company I ever deal with. Waiting more than 6 months for mine own money. After finally get the check they took half of it to them self. Don't use this company. Now you can clame your many online. It takes only 5 min to fill up application. Money goes straight to your bank acc in 5 working days. And the most important you will get FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR TAX RETURN.”
“Sent 2 email 23.01.2023 and 06.02.2023 , no reply to either , had the cheques sent direct to them from TAX OFFICE, which i did not authorise , refusing to reply and they took 63% as payment , they are refusing to explain how and why they took so much and ignoring all forms of contact”

Invoiced me for PPI claim they have already confirmed they cannot claim for me. I was inundated with calls all the time, useless correlation between departments, paperwork not received when requested. There are plenty of other companies out there who must be better than this one!”
