“I paid for the premium exclusive leads package, the leads were not exclusive. Some of the leads were from a general Linkedin post by the client, they had already been contacted by half a dozen people so they didn't want to speak to me. I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me data from a random database. The quality of the leads was bad.
We also received leads for a service we don't offer. When I asked Emma Darlow she told me we listed this service on the brief. I checked the brief and shared it with her (we never listed this service).
Some of the leads contact information was incorrect i.e. email/contact number so it was impossible to contact them.
I was patient and tried to resolve this by letting them know which leads we had issues with but they didn't care.
It took several months for me to receive the leads, I was patient and understanding and I even shared industry data and insights to help them but they were more concerned about onboarding clients within my industry while they still hadn't delivered my leads. When I asked Emma Darlow on the phone if she thought this was right, she couldn't answer.
We are a small business with limited funding and we have wasted our resources working with this company. The leads are bad quality and the company overpromise and underdeliver. They don't care about the quality of the leads or your business.
Going through the reviews I can see I'm not the only person they have let down. I wish these reviews were available when we onboarded with this company. Avoid this company at all costs. Dishonest and unethical.”
“Honestly, these guys are a joke. I'm not somebody who gets cross with things and generally can't be bothered to write a bad review. However, the experience over the last twelve months has been nothing sort of shambolic. On multiple occasions we have tried to engage with them, firstly (on multiple times) to get access to their system, secondly to express our disappointment at the level of customer service and third to seek to cancel our subscription. Ignored emails, unanswered telephone calls and almost robotic responses from their staff, nobody gives a damn there, nobody is interested in sorting out a problem and nobody takes any responsibility for anything. I spoke to a fella there yesterday, he was going to get his manager to call me and 100% knew how frustrated I was. Did anybody call? No, of course they didn't - I got an email 24 hours later with no understanding, no willingness to understand the problem or listen to my views. I'm not unreasonable and I dont need the £800 fee back....it's a point of principal, the service I got was rubbish and that's just not right.”
“I believe clarity stack is a scam. Paid almost £2000 for 20 leads and they didn’t deliver a single lead, then proceeded to ignore emails and communications. I literally paid almost £2,000 for nothing.”
“This company is questionable. We had chats with them to trial their software. However, upon signing up, it was hard to navigate the system and get any value out of it. After communicating with our salesperson, he identified we had been giving access to the wrong system.
As we had not been able to log in again into the system, we were now charged three times a monthly subscription. In talking to their team, we asked for them to cancel our subscription (as we are not able to access the account). All we got is a link to do it ourselves.”
“We signed up for the 20 leads per month package, knowing this is a numbers game and wanted to invest believing Clarity Stack can deliver as they promised us.
When we had the intro call, the sales person told us it would take about one month to get the campaigns up and running, so don't expect right away 20 leads (which do roll over). Once we signed up, our 'success manager' Emma told us right away it would take about 3 months for the campaigns to be up and running?!?
After two months in we got 3 leads, one wasn't looking for any contractor, one had already been booked, and the third one never responded after several attempts to connect. Plus they were not even in the area, which we defined in the beginning of our campaign. So we decided to cancel after only two months. There was no sign of improvement or trend towards the 3 month mark.
They promised us they would deliver the remaining 37 leads. We did get two more, essentially leading to the same - nothing.
Stay away from this company, it is a rip off. I wish I had done my research prior to committing to them.”
“Look at all these negative recent reviews. I feel even worse now to know that I am not the only one that has been scammed with fake leads. They charge a premium for their service so you think they are legit. Have been charged twice and told Emma Darlow the so called "customer success executive" don’t worry about sending me any more leads just refund the amount however all I get is, "we don’t issue refunds". So really no work has been done but no refunds can be given? It seems the leads they get are from business databases because when you contact these people, they all they say never left enquiries anywhere. i suggest you all go onto econsumer and make a complaint there if you are outside of the UK or you can make a complain to correct government bodies in UK. I have done both. I have also told them time and time again to sort this out or I will leave negative reviews and take further action, but I have been ignored time and time again, so here I am.”
“Clarity Stack has been a good source of information for finding new leads for my business, Title Productions. The site is easy to use and they are quick to respond when you have questions. Would definitely recommend.”
