“I have attend a class of Abstract Art at Secret Studio today at East London with Colin.
It was great session where you are shown all secret technique when it comes to painting an abstracts.
Colin as a teacher was very good at explaining, showing and guiding through the process.
And at the end of the session you have your own abstract painting.
Exciting stuff!
Highly recommended to every creative soul😎”
“This was a present. The vegan cooking class was perfect. I felt a bit anxious before we started as I’m such a bad cook but the instructions were straightforward and comprehensive and I really liked the atmosphere of listening then cooking then listening again. Very good too to have the two assistant cooks walking around and helping. It just made for a pleasant atmosphere. Wine, music, nice people, chilled approach to cooking with surprisingly (for me) delicious results.”
“We had such a great time at our painting class. The venue was nice and we were able to order food and drinks. The teacher was so nice, helpful and patient. Thanks”
“Loved, Loved, Loved this class. First time working with clay and found it to be easy to work with even with arthritic joints. Tutor is helpful and knowledgeable and worked the room equally among students. Will definitely book again”
“Great class! Excellent and talented teacher. Made for a creative evening after a day at work. You get a Goss of wind or tea, plus there are biscuits. The fee also helps towards local community projects so recommended all round!”
“Really enjoyed going to the Granny's squares course and finally learning how to crochet! I loved the teachers and the venue where the lesson was given. Being able to see the result of what I've learned was really exciting! Will definitely go back for more :)”
“Absolutely fantastic workshop. Met some lovey people like Joanna and had a great time. The teacher Emily was brilliant and had a very calm manner which puts you at ease from the word go. Really enjoyed. 😊”
“I very much enjoyed the spring pyrography workshop with Chrissie from Hobbycraft. The booking process was quick and easy, selected my date and time preference and booked with seconds. The box of goodies, containing two wood signs, some wooden tags, an A4 template sheet, tracing paper and the all-important pyrography toolset, was delivered to my door three days before the workshop date. The box was also quick and easy to unpack - my only gripe is it was half full of tissue paper, and could easily have been half the size.
The workshop was fun, the artisan was engaging and very knowledgeable. There were about 8 - maybe 10 attendees - a good size class.
Now excuse me - I'm off to burn some more!”
