“This was a fab workshop delivered in a fun atmosphere with just the right balance between teaching and practice. Marika’s encouragement and enthusiasm made this a really worthwhile, creative experience - enhanced by the joy of producing my own unique quirky bird!”
“The workshop was very enganging and fun, Amanda was very informative and engaging and also kind to allow a reschedule due to weather and cancelled trains. Will definitely be back again!”
“The class was fun and lighthearted. Our instructor Chris was very friendly and clear with instructions. He kept checking on us all throughout the class and giving us tips on how to avoid our common mistakes
It was really fun and I would recommend to singles, couples and groups.”
“I had a lovely time. The workshop started promptly and was organised really well. Keisha was our coach and she gave great instructions and was very cheerful and patient. Overall I made a wonderful candle and really enjoyed it. I will definately go back for more workshops. Thank you.”
“Lovely class teacher and assistant! Happy to help and answer any questions!! Big range of smells and a lovely background behind each!
Will be going again!!”
“Very easy and professional service. There are a lot of unique classes, mostly beginner focused but also for many different interests. I booked a kintsugi class which is something not common to find outside of Japan, and the pricing was very reasonable. Communications were very clear and it was easy to manage my booking. I’d definitely like to book a class again!”
“Had a lovely evening with friends and I was very suprised that I came away with a piece of art that looked like the original picture.
Teacher held the attention of the class and instructions were easy to follow.
Cameraman was great and venue and staff were very good.”
“I booked this pottery taster experience as a birthday treat for my friend. The venue was easy to find and Malory, who took the class, was very welcoming, friendly and put us all at ease straight away. There's only a maximum of 4 'students' in a class so we had ample of 1-2-1 time with Malory, who after explaining the principals of pottery making, guided us unrushed through each stage of the hands-on experience of making our pots. It was a fascinating class that I thoroughly recommend as not only do you have a lot of hands-on pottery time using the wheel and various techniques using clay, but you also experience how potters studio runs. We're looking forward to picking up our fired and glazed pots. Thanks Malory and Columbia Road Clay!”
