They don't get any stars from me, I bought a 6.5 Creedmore barrel from them that was defective, the feed ramps were cut too large not allowing the cartridge to elevate properly causing the bullet to jam against the barrel face. I called the barrel manufacture and the only way the tech service people communicates with you is by email only, after several emails at times it would take a couple of days to get a response back, I called Classic firearms and told them about the problem and they said they would refund me the money once they received the returned barrel. They said that their expert said nothing was wrong with it but they never put the barrel in a gun to actually test it properly. They didn't refund the full amount shorting me 40.67, they said it was for shipping and handling. Oh by the way I bought a new barrel from another company and it cycles fine because the feed ramps are smaller which causes the cartage to get more elevated to make it chamber properly. I talked to the manager about this issue she couldn't handle why I would be upset about not getting the full refund back and hung up on me. If you can't handle the heat then get out of the kitchen.

Wish I could rate lower than One Star. I paid an extra $50 for ‘Hand Select’ for 2 IBM Carbines. I received one IBM and one National Postal Meter. The Postal Meter carbine was the best by far and that is damning faint praise. Apparently ‘Hand Select’ means pull the Worst Available at Classic Firearms. There was rust on the parkerizing, the barrels were freckled with absolutely No Finish whatsoever. One of the carbines that I was shipped was even missing the magazine.. To top it off, I am out $50+, on return shipping & insurance, another $50, for FFL transfer fees. Classic Firearms then had the Cahones to retain $50, on one carbine and $75 on the 2nd carbine of my refund for the initial purchase ($125 total). Why ? They said to cover initial shipping and insurance. Finally, when I asked about it, Classic ‘Customer Service’ told me that they were being ‘Generous’. I should’ve read all the reviews on this place and I would still have $225, of my money. I have since bought 2 each, very nice carbines on Gunbroker that I could see pics of pre-purchase. Don’t Deal with Classic Firearms unless you Love long shot gambling.

Claude W. (The Loser Of 2 Claude W.s)
They had a sweepstakes (3/31/22) and apparently two Claude W. entered and one won. The odds of two people with the same name as Claude, as well as, having the same last name initial of W. have got to be greater than winning the sweepstakes itself! Their customer support just blew me off with generic, scripted answers and couldn't acknowledge the fact that this was an extremely odd situation. This is not a case of being a sore loser. It does, however, look like a scam! Two Claude W. (In 2022) entering the same sweepstakes for a firearm. That has got to be bigger odds than winning the sweepstakes! I see now why they have a 2 star rating! Buyer beware!

I couldn't believe what I was seeing on the 1st item on their brochure. Do they have their heads up their ass on what's going on in the world. The Russians are invading and killing innocent people and children. WAR CRIMINALS Trash those Russian Products. I won't buy from them for that reason but also look at all the other reviews at 1 STAR so, it doesn't surprise me.

First time purchase from Classic Firearms. Was disappointed. The rifle was advertised as "NRA surplus good" which I found isn't even a rating. They added the word surplus to likely cover for the poor condition of the arms, as the inside of the gun was moderately rusted. They basically said too bad, they don't look inside the guns before determining the condition. They also advertised "no re-import markings" even though the arm clearly was import marked upon receipt. When confronted on this, they claimed it wasn't marked twice, as in re-imported to the US a second time, never mentioning it had original import markings on it. Deceitful advertising.

Placed an order of 9mm ammo, 1000 rds/2 large boxes, and it was received on time, but then the fun began. I have to collect the shipment out of state, but the delay has no bearing on the quality of shipping preparation, and THAT is the sole responsibility of ClassicFirearms. The packages were not sealed to ship the weight. First, they were the manufacturer’s boxes, so contents were displayed for the world to see. Second, paper tape was used to "reseal" the boxes, and had not been moistened to adhere. What a joke. Third, one box had been tampered with, it had been resealed with clear tape over the paper tape (that got stuck inside under the opened flap), and a 50 round box was missing. Notified customer service and was supposedly working with Jay, but after all the pictures and communication, was essentially brushed off and told “tough luck”. He said “too late to file a claim with the shipper”. No, not the true issue. If you had packaged properly, my order would have arrived intact and no claim needed. When the email came on what I thought of their service, I told them straight up, it was bad, including all details. They never saw fit to contact me, or make any type of adjustment for the stolen ammo or my trouble. For the value of my order, I thought they would have wanted to keep a customer, but they made it clear that all they cared about was the money and service be damned. I won’t make a second mistake with them.

I ordered a scope for almost 1500 dollars from Classic Firearms with insurance back in November. Item was shipped but never delivered. I called and made a claim with fedex to let know package was misplaced. 1 hour after it said it was delivered. I emailed classic firearms since they were closed. They told me they couldn’t handle the claim because they ordered it 3rd party from a different warehouse. So according to them. Which I believe. They emailed this warehouse and told them to follow up with FedEx. I spoke with fedex several times and they stated they had no geotag scan of the box near my house. They even sent a driver to my house and he said he didn’t recollect a deliver to me. Well a few days after that a claims manager from fedex called me and said fed ex said that the package is considered lost but the shipper had to file the proper paperwork to make claim. I called C. firearms back and told them. For several months I have been following up with Fedex and they even called me that nobody has reached out to them and there was a statue of limitations for the claim. Well classic firearms now tells me the claim has been closed and financed thru Credova. So now I owe thousands and everyone else got paid . Classic firearms never followed up to me with one call or anything. I had to keep calling them and they never once called me. 1500 is no joke. I didn’t order a 30 part. I even enclosed a screen shot of the fedex voicemail stated it was not found and was lost. The claims department rep who called had a very heavy accent so my iPhone didn’t get everything he was saying. But this order was made in Mid November and it’s now Feb and I have nothing. This is completely terrible service to order third party then not stand behind your order. No calls back just 1-2 emails in very beginning.

Ordered 1000 rounds of ammo. Bought “their” insurance. Ammo was poorly packaged. Arrive damaged and wet. Tried to get them to make good on it. They are keeping the insurance money and letting me fight it out with VISA. Buy from anybody other than Classic Firearms.

After seeing these reviews just like you I wanted to test them out. I bought a $700 shotgun on Feb 18 2021. After placing my order I called about it. Nice lady I talked to said the reason for all the slow orders being filled is because they are moving I to a new facility. As I am one with patience I was looking forward to a long wait but low and behold I got my gun Mar 3 2021. Alot of these reviews are from people who order from Amazon and expect it the next day. I will most definitely buy another gun from CF.

This Company is a joke! Sent me a heavily dented AK drum mag and shipped it back just to recieve another dented one a month and a half later. Now they want me to return again? Bad for business. Will shop elsewhere!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. There custome service is by far yhe worst I've ever had tomhe pleasure of dealing with. I ordered a 25 round drum for an AK style 12 guage, the drum came damaged and inoperable. I contacted Classic Firearms within a day of receiving the damaged product and they informed me I would have to take the issue up with the manufacturer. After several emails and calls to SGM Tactical with no response I then contacted Classic Firearms again. They informed me that I would have to do a return (of which I would be responsible for original and return shipping cost along with a possible restocking fee). Why should I be charged when I didn't receive what I paid for. They sent me damaged product. The real deal killer was the fact that paid extra for Classic Firearms extended warranty which "Jay" was kind enough to tell me is pretty much useless. I will never deal with this company again. Best of luck to them in sticking it to future customers.

Let me preface my review by saying I am not just a disgruntled customer I am also a profesional GUNSMITH and certified FIREARMS APPRAISER, so I certainly have a leg to stand on here. I purchased a TTC tokarev that was advertised (VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT) and was at best a low good rating, I sent photo's before sending the gun back which pointed out all the flaws in the gun and why it did not live up to the rating. When I received my refund CLASSIC FIREARMS kept the shipping fee, tax and insurance fee stating that the gun was as advertised. either the staff cannot grade guns properly or they just do not care who they rip off. I purchased another from them which was not as bad as the first, but not as advertised. The most frustrating part is no one in authority will call or e mail me to resolve this. This also is not the first time have had a problem with a used gun from them, I once was sent a gun with a broken slide after paying extra for hand select. The bottom line is CLASSIC FIREARMS customer service stinks, and if you order a used gun from them you will be lucky to get what you paid for. PS They are reluctant to post my review with photo's, my guess is they do not want anyone to see the way they treat customers!

Absolutely DOWN RIGHT CROOKED TO THE MAXIMUM! Bastards! Sent me the wrong Desert Eagle.44 caliber barrel and took 6 weeks after hounding them as they’re using the Covid as a crutch to ‘F around with people so they finally agreed to give me the refund and the Jackass tells me that I was charged a “$50 restocking fee” and they were the ones who sent out the incorrect barrel with the 2 picattiny rail slots instead of the 8 slots? WTF? I have never EVER dealt with such a bunch of dickbags as I have with these clowns in my life ...THEY CAN SUCK A ROW A DICKS!
