“Having received my goods by a courier I was maddened to realise the product was broken due to the courier throwing the parcel over fence when I had contacted them and agreed a safe place. This was dealt with promptly by clearance shed and a replacement was delivered swiftly. All I can add is that for a fragile sticker on the parcel may have prevented the couriers actions.”

“Very happy with my purchase of an LED worklamp. Good price, notification of delivery including packaging all faultless. It would have been reassuring to have received an update during the 5 days or so after the initial placing of the order and prior to actual shipment. No big deal though, service all very good. Would definitely use again. Thanks”
