“Still waiting for outstanding goods - months I've waited - sent 2 emails and commented on facebook - only to be assured that someone will look in to it. I'm really not happy - you've taken my money and not supplied the goods. No interested in 10% off - WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!”

“Products were available at a great price and arrived on time and well packaged. The downside was that the stock indication on the website seems inaccurate - I wanted to bulk buy a particular product and I ordered all that were in stock, causing it to show as being "sold out" after I had placed my order, but by the next day the stock levels were back up. If I had known there were more, I may have ordered more. Other than this minor niggle, a very positive shopping experience, and I will use again.”

“Ordered item on 27th May on 24hr tracked delivery. Never sent tracking number and when I go onto my account and it says, Track order it comes up as an error page. I have emailed several times, and rang and contacted them on amazon.but no reply at all. £69.99 is a lot of money to have spent and not received the items. Extremely disappointed with the company.”

“So this company has not gone under due to website advising things can take longer than expected due to coronavirus. From reading this you are all having same issues as me. No correspondence/no product delivery, can you ll call trading standards so we can close these up. 0 8 0 8 2 2 3 1 1 3 3.”
