“Hi there, Product arrived battered and dented tried to get In touch with the telephone number on invoice to no avail. Then used the web messaging service still haven't heard back your your team and it's now 4 days ago. Not impressed with customer service at all. Regards Lolita”

“I ordered a bag on the Friday morning and paid the £5.99 for 24 hour delivery. I didn't receive my bag untill Monday. Very poor especially when I no alot of delivery companys do deliver on the Weekends. And they wouldn't refund me the difference. So I will not be ordering again!”

“Furniture came quickly. There were no instructions I emailed and didn’t get a reply . There were many peices luckily I found instructions on u tube . Lovely chair stool and table and fabulous price”

“A tool box arrived badly packed and was deficient in casters which the advert said it had. Following my complaint and request a return postage label, The only response from this company was to send me their postal address. It would seem that they do not consider themselves responsible for misleading consumers. I would not use them again until they become responsible seller and I will warn others against using them.”

“Not recieved after a week of ordering, was told only after I chased up it was in a pending state, so they released for packing.... only released a day after they said and still no delivery. Really not happy for my first order.”
