They record your conversation without telling you they are doing that and prey on the good nature of owners and business needing help with business rates during difficult times. All the reviewers are true, they use bullying tactics to get you to send your business details across and should you wish to cease business with them after an initial £5.99 they threaten to take you to court. Please avoid at all cost. As noted below you can appeal your business rates with the VOA yourself. it is quick and easy to do. Clementsagency should be shut down.”
“SCAMMERS!!!!! Paid £5.99 to start the process to appeal rates but after reading reviews decided not to proceed. Someone by the name of Bryan then proceeded to threaten us that they will escalate matter. They have bullying tactics which should b reported. Action Fraud, Office of fair trading.
You do not need their help to appeal you can go through the VOA yourselves it is free and the people there are really helpful and will walk you through what you need to do. It takes 12 weeks for them to get back to you so you will need to be patient .”
“They are BIG SCAMMERS PLEASE BEWARE they use always a same tactics they asked me to transfer £5.99 as an admin fee then they ask for the card details which i also given to them but after paying £5.99 i read the reviews so i immediately cancelled by card lucky they were unable to take the money and now they keep calling and asking for money when we never agreed anything or i have not signed anything, they are threatening to take to court i already report fraud department i am surprise how they are doing this so openly with everyone and no action has been taken. Some one called me to the shop and said I think u pay to much for u business rate and we are here to help people like u and said what it’s next thay said u pay £5.99 we start ur application and it’s no win no fee if we get ur business rate down u will have to pay £1000 included vat and I said are u sure it’s no win no fee he said promise u, so 3 month later thay start asking for the money which they haven’t done any think for me and now I payed them the money still not done nothing now thay don’t answer my calls or email ,”

I will not recommend this company to anyone. Please be careful with the phone call you receive, and they will promise many things and they will not deliver.
I am a very disappointed customer. I am going through a really bad experience of taking money from my account without my consent.
They have now put in a small claim in the County Court Business Centre for the balance to be paid but I have not received any outcome on the Business Rate reduction. I was told that I will only pay money once we have received the reduction on the current business rate.
I was asked to pay £5.99 to start the process on the 03/03/22 and 3 weeks later they took further £248.01 from my account without my consent. I had to cancel my debit card to protect my account. Until yesterday, I did not receive invoice £248.01 or the total amount they are claiming in the County Court Business Centre form me.
I will come back with further details following the court hearing.”
