“ They came just in time 8-10, and arrived at 10. But I recieved my car from an MOT and service at 5 PM it took 7 hours, luckily I had nothing to do today. I phoned at 1430 and they said they had just finished the service, it took them 4.5 hours to service? Then phoned again at 1630 and they said the car will be back at 1715. The original expected time was 2.8 hours ”
