Thieves, cowboy mechanics. Took money straight from our account and did not solve the problem and refused to refund money back. DONOT USE THEIR MECHANICS

They also did not want to get involved in any way in the complaints or refund process, they said it was between me and the mechanic, obviously the mechanic was also reluctant to give me my money back and still to this day denies he did anything wrong.

The mechanic that accepted my job did not have the experience to correct or diagnose the fault accurately and when I asked for a refund he refused.

I will give him 24 hours to refund the money back into my account I’ve messaged him my details or I will take this further I have all the messages and screen shot, emails confirmation.

Even after sending proof of Vauxhall's report & findings, Nick still wouldn't accept liability for this costly and time-consuming case and refused to refund any fees or give any form of compensation.

Not only they charge you 24 hours before the job is done, but when the final bill was lower than their quote (I used my own parts, could not specify that at the time of booking - I used to few years before), it will now take up to 5 days days for them to refund the difference.

Unsatisfactory customer service on phone, not proper information of what was needed for mechanic. Mechanic arrived with only a diagnostic computer and no battery charging equipment despite saying I had a flat battery. Wanted a refund which they are disputing .not a good service at all.would not use again .

I tried to get the issue resolved through ClickMechanic website and got absolutely no response from them at all, even though its them who take the money and the mechanic did his best to get me a partial refund.
