I then spent ages trying to resolve this and got nowhere and guess what?starter motor is still fine so how about giving me my refund? Whatsmore click mechanic say they'll try to help resolve issues another lie and then tell you they're just a Web service and nothing more so cannot do anything even though its them that talked me through the whole process and took payment,and yes I will keep warning everyone.

have been told they can not find a mechanic but they have took my money off me and said NO REFUND . This firm are con men yet TRUSTPILOT BACK THEM so Trustpilot are conmen as well

My partner has an MOT and full service booked in to be done at our home. on 16/11/24 but the mechanic cancelled by text, message and rearranged for 18/11/24 To go to my Place of work but Cancelled again with no follow-up appointments and a refund of any money. absolute waste of time terrible company

They also did not want to get involved in any way in the complaints or refund process, they said it was between me and the mechanic, obviously the mechanic was also reluctant to give me my money back and still to this day denies he did anything wrong.
