“I ordered a gilet which was a nice product. However I ordered the wrong size. As there was no return information I immediately telephoned customer services to obtain return /exchange information and sizing information. I was told that I would receive an e mail the same day about sizing, how to return the item for refund and was advised to reorder the item for a different size. I also e mailed requesting the return information. I am gad I did not reorder as I have not received any return information and I am now left with an item that doesn't fit. I will not be ordering anything from this company again as there is no way of returning anything.”
“I wrote a week ago that i thought this company was a scam since I could not contact them to see where my order was. It turned out that the order had arrived days earlier, but my Concierge had not notified me, as they usually do by email. Not only was the order here early,but the quality of the items was superb. I take everything back and my next order will soon be on its way.”
