“I ordered a gilet which was a nice product. However I ordered the wrong size. As there was no return information I immediately telephoned customer services to obtain return /exchange information and sizing information. I was told that I would receive an e mail the same day about sizing, how to return the item for refund and was advised to reorder the item for a different size. I also e mailed requesting the return information. I am gad I did not reorder as I have not received any return information and I am now left with an item that doesn't fit. I will not be ordering anything from this company again as there is no way of returning anything.”
“Is this company a scam. I cannot contact them via any email/facebook, etc. My order should have arrived days ago, no trace of it yet and no way to contact them!!!!”
