“10/10 service from the staff at both the Alexandria store, on the phone and also at the 9Degree waterloo store. Went into the Alexandria store initially to try on sizing and had a very comprehensive walk-through about how to choose sizes as well as how the shoes are meant to fit and how they would stretch over time. Unfortunately, I went a little too big when I purchased it due to the lack of stock in the store. I ended up calling the staff to exchange the size a few days later which went very smoothly when I called to confirm they had the size I wanted and then in person at the Waterloo store the staff was amazing in helping me size it properly and exchange for the correct size”

“Firstly I was impressed by the products available (hooks etc.) as compared to other stores, the finite margin when selecting aids for climbing, as opposed to the structure of actually 'aid climbing', requires some thought. That said, the product (BD Cliffhanger) and the service I received exceeded my expectations, a professional and organised point of sale greatly increases favourable outcomes in the natural environment.”

“I have used climbing anchors to purchase bolt hangers, ropes, and the latest an ice axe. Never had a problem. They are quick with delivery and there online shop is easy to use. If you ever go climbing at Cania George and climb route with my name on the first ascent that has bolts it will be climbing anchors that enabled this. Cheers Tony B Just use them , alright.”
