It's been three months since my rhinoplasty, and I wanted to wait before writing this review because it's often said that patience is needed as the nose may change over time. Swelling will go down, and it may look more like what you envisioned. I’d like to share my journey in Turkey, specifically my experience with ClinicHub and especially with Dr. Samil Sahin. I plan to write a six-month update to keep you posted on the results. First, let me preface this by saying that I saved for four years to undergo this procedure. I did extensive research through websites like YouTube, RealSelf.com, Google reviews, and various conferences. Being an Afro-Italian woman, I needed an ethnic rhinoplasty. I had consultations in Italy, but they were not specialized in ethnic rhinoplasty, so I decided to seek out surgeons who were specialized in this type of surgery, as they typically ensure results more in line with your ethnic features. So, let’s say I started with good information. Initially, I was considering a surgeon in Turkey who worked independently in the center of Istanbul. I always liked his work, but recent reviews left me unsure, and his cost was quite high—more than a rhinoplasty in Milan, Italy, without including accommodation. Last year, I discovered ClinicHub on Instagram. I began following them and watching reviews on YouTube about this doctor. His before-and-after work seemed well-executed, though I now realize I should have scrutinized the perspectives of the before-and-after photos more carefully—guys, this is crucial! I decided to go with them and scheduled my surgery within five months for April 25, 2024. The process was quick and smooth. My coordinator was Cem—10/10 for him, a wonderful person who also managed to arrange an online consultation with the doctor. The doctor appeared very available and competent in this initial phase, so I decided to book. I flew to Turkey on April 20, choosing to stay two days in the European part of Istanbul, which I highly recommend for its beauty. On the 24th, a driver from the clinic picked me up from the hotel and took me to the hospital in the Asian part of the city for pre-admission tests. The tests were quite basic compared to what I was used to in Italy. I was then taken to the hotel where I would stay for seven days. It was a nice 5-star hotel, though in a less appealing area compared to the European part. The night passed, and finally, at 5 AM, I was ready for surgery. My coordinators, Inna and Berfin, assisted me throughout my journey, and you’ll soon understand why this was important. The driver picked up me and three other girls, and we headed to the hospital. Upon arrival, the first girl was taken to a room, and we were informed there would be an in-person consultation with the doctor. My package included a translator to help me express my expectations clearly—I had been preparing for this for years. At 9 AM, we were taken to a small basement room for the consultation. It felt rushed; I tried to explain everything in 10 minutes, which felt strange after waiting four years. I had notes and photos of how I wanted and didn’t want my nose to look, emphasizing that symmetry was very important to me. I had the surgery, and as soon as I woke up, I felt something was wrong. I was alone—I recommend having someone with you. The cast was crooked. From that day, my ordeal began. We are all asymmetrical, but my nose wasn't this crooked before, and when you go to a surgeon, you don’t expect to leave with a nose leaning to one side, especially when you can feel a botched job on the bridge with rib cartilage reconstruction. Back in my room, I immediately asked to speak with the doctor and see the post-op photos. I was crying and not in the best state, just out of anesthesia. Seeing the photos confirmed my doubts. The before-and-after photos were taken from different angles, and there were no frontal shots—only side views. The doctor and his team visited, and I asked for explanations. He reassured me that the nose was straight and that it was all in my mind, then left. Back at the hotel, I had a terrible five days. Despite following all the nurses' instructions, I knew something was wrong with my right nostril in addition to the crooked nose. I mentioned it during post-op visits, but the doctor always dismissed my concerns with “nothing to worry about” despite clear issues from day one. I didn’t sleep for five days due to the crooked cast, removed stitches, and constant bleeding. I asked daily to speak with the doctor, but despite my coordinators' efforts, he always refused, stating he’d only see me on the cast removal day. On the fourth day, I was told the doctor could remove the cast but wouldn’t be responsible thereafter—a very unprofessional response. I decided to wait for the cast removal, which turned into a farce. They scheduled a time and then moved it up an hour, saying if I didn’t make it to the hotel in time for the shuttle, the taxi cost would be on me. I took a taxi and waited an hour for the doctor. When the cast was removed, my reaction was shocking—the nose was clearly crooked. Despite asking for explanations, the doctor insisted it was my face that was asymmetrical. But shouldn’t a good surgeon discuss potential improvements during consultation? My nose wasn’t this asymmetrical before. And if a client is unhappy with the result, shouldn’t the surgeon try to find a solution together? Now, three months post-surgery, I expected someone to reach out for feedback, but I had to initiate contact. With the swelling reduced, the results are what you see in the photos below and on various plastic surgery forums. For weeks, I’ve been sending photos and requesting to speak with the doctor, but he consistently refuses. His assistants tell me he’s too busy, yet I see him active on Instagram. I waited a long time before writing this review, hoping for a positive resolution, but as you can read, I never received one. Clients are treated as mere numbers; the doctor is very approachable until it comes to post-op support, at which point he’s suddenly too busy. **Update**: On August 4th, after multiple follow-ups and sharing updated photos of my nose, the doctor finally agreed to meet with me. During this meeting, he acknowledged that my concerns were valid after seeing my nose in a video call. He advised me to continue taping and massaging my nose and mentioned that there are solutions to correct the issues, but we would need to wait at least nine months. He is aware that my current condition causes me discomfort and has assured me that he can remedy the situation. I hope the doctor keeps his word and corrects my nose as he has promised. For now, he has asked me to update him with photos every two months. I’ll keep you posted on how things progress.

Ne vous faites JAMAIS OPÉRER avec Clinic hub en Turquie. C’est la pire expérience que j’ai eue. Le docteur et son équipe étaient top mais Clinic hub ne pensent qu’à leur commission. Aucune compassion et un très mauvais suivi post op. une fois qu’ils ont pris votre argent ils ne vous expliquent rien sur le post OP BBL. J’ai eu du serum et ça a gâché mon résultat, personne ne m’a expliqué qu’il fallait le drainer. Évitez à tout prix si vous tenez à votre santé

DO. NOT. BOOK. HERE. Going with this clinic and their doctor left me with the most terrifying 5 months of my life. I booked for a tummy tuck, 360 lipo and breast augmentation with a lift. The first day I get there they tell me they pushed my surgery back a day AFTER I got to turkey, leaving me 1 less day to heal before returning. They incorrectly booked me a single bed room when I asked for 2 when i brought a companion. They tell you you meet the doctor 2 days before surgery but I only met my doctor (Dr. Burak Ersen) RIGHT BEFORE GOING INTO SURGERY. But then I get back to my home country and my stitches had scabbed and my implant started to show, and had been infected, I had to pay $5,000 to remove them now paying another $18,000 for my revision which I am doing in Australia. Dr. Burak had said he had done the implant below the muscle but my doctor here told me he found the implant above the muscle which is DANGEROUS. Even my tummy tuck is still extremely saggy, the dr said putting ‘tapes’ on my stomach would fix it which was extremely painful to put tape on my skin every day and it did NOTHING. Avoid Clinichub and Dr. Burak AT ALL COSTS!!!

Where do I even begin? I would like to firstly thank Mine from the sales team at Clinic Hub for the package deal. My surgeon Dr. Salim Gümüş who successfully fitted the gastric balloon for me on 28/02/23. My dietitian Duygu Açan, who worked with me throughout my journey from 28/02/23 to 30/11/23. The communications team Halit, Miray, Vilma, Özge,Yiğit and Hülya run a robust operation service alongside the drivers. Also Dr. Ahmet Şirinocak who safely removed the gastric balloon for me on 30/11/23. My experience has been extremely positive and successful. From 28/02/23 to 30/11/23 I was able to loose 26KG. My starting weight before the gastric balloon was 108KG I am now currently 82KG. But remember the surgery is only part of the journey you need to workout and eat the right food. It's imperative that you also continue with the diet provided to you by your dietitian! I would also recommend that you read the diet document before contacting the dietitian as everything is clearly explained. Lastly, I would recommend that you download translate on your phone. When you go abroad anywhere you are responsible for your communication. Thus the translation app will help you to communicate much better. I am honestly so greatful and thankful and would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Clinic hub you have changed my life 💕💕

I got my teeth done in 2019 with clinic Hub. The agreement was to get four veneers, upon arrival they convince me to get 16 “CROWNS” instead for a perfect smile 8 on top and 8 on bottom, (paid extra) why didn’t they tell me this during our online examination? The process was traumatising and painful. I notice the teeth had a glass look to them under certain lighting conditions they told me this is because it’s still relatively new. I traveled back home and notice I was bleeding every time I brush🩸 1 year later and covid happened so I was stuck with these goofy teeth’s. We did the back and forth communication online which I was not satisfied with they even convinced me to take down my poor review twice. At the end of it all they offered me a discount on my next booking 😂 4 years later and I still have these goofy looking teeth only reason I didn’t take them on there discount offer is because the process is traumatising and painful 😞 I still bleed 🩸 every single morning, I guess it’s just something I have gotten used to. I would like to warn everyone to watch out i felt like that they were trying to scam me and i think they really were trying to scam me because they give people for 2024 a ridiculous high of a price (9,250,00) euro and different prices to some other people no matter if you are put in the same category like complicated rhinoplasty or revision complicated or not it’s like the coordinators just make up prices trying to cash in a lot of money they just simple don’t care and they take sometimes too long before they reply really bad service.

If I could give Clinichub 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! I had DETRIMENTAL complications as a result of the NEGLIGENCE of Clinichubs surgeon. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact Clinichub regarding this and they have completely ignored me as they refuse to take accountability of their wrongdoings. They do not care about you when things go wrong they just take your money and wash their hands off you! Please AVOID using Clinichub!

From the moment I chose to undergo rhinoplasty, I have been searching for the top clinics in Istanbul, unsure of which one to select or rely upon. In addition, after discovering some vlogs on YouTube, I decided to contact ClinicHub to schedule an appointment. Dia has guided me through the entire payment process and answered all of my questions when I first texted them. Ozge and Miray followed up with me a week before my operation, they have been constantly by my side, confirming my arrival time and arranging for a car to bring me up from the airport. From that point on, thanks to them, I felt extremely at ease, as I knew they were genuinely caring and prepared to answer all queries promptly. As soon as I landed, everything ran well, and the hotel, service, people, and cuisine were all outstanding. Dr. Emrah was extremely competent and attentive to all my needs; the procedure went so smoothly that I did not even realise it was performed. Ekin has arranged for my meds, nurses' visits, and aftercare advice following surgery. She has been extremely polite, helpful, and willing to assist me at any time. Overall, my experience at ClinicHub has been flawless; I could not have found a better clinic or team. I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to my trip, and I would highly suggest it!!!

My experience at ClinicHub has been amazing. They really do try to make you feel comfortable as possible with the process and check up on you a lot after the process! I want to thank you to my Doctor , Dr. Hasan to Berfin and Celine for making my stay in Istanbul so wonderful. Those who want to make BBL with Vaser Liposuction definitely choose Dr. Hasan he is really the best . Highly recommended. I am more than happy …

Please do not do business with clinichub. The surgeon will approve the surgery even though you declare your illness. And when you go to Turkey and mention it to the anaesthetist. They request to do blood, and when the result comes back, surgery is cancelled. The doctor there gave you medication and said to come back in 3 wks and do another blood test in your country. 3 weeks later blood test was done, and again Dr Burak Ersen approved the surgery and got to Turkey again samething surgery was cancelled. Basak said there was no need to pay for 1st cancellation after the second cancellation; she Basak said that surgery was cancelled x2 AND CHARGED OVER £1000. Bare in mind it was cancelled by the hospital and yet still they charged for hospital expenses. When you request a refund, they only give a partial refund. They TOOK £1200 Even though it was not your doing, surgery was cancelled. the coordinator Mine OZDEMIR refused to pass me on to a manager and she never once show any empathy or apologised. I paid over £1000 for travel expenses. The manager refused to speak with you. Waste of time emailing support@clinichub or info@clinichub

They are THIEVES!!! Still NO REPLY OVER 4.5 months ago!!!! I want my REFUND!!! I've paid my deposit of $298 on April 4th, 2021 for surgery with Dr. Ucal on January 4th, 2022. Unfortunately, due to a medical condition I am no longer able to have this procedure. Postponing is not an option.   My doctor does not recommend me to carry on with this surgery due to my unexpected pregnancy. I've signed an agreement with Clinichub which clearly states " Deposit is non-refundable UNLESS I have a medical condition which would prevent me from having surgery. My patient coordinator Tuncay told me to request the refund in writing via email. But you guys just ghosted me STOLE MY MONEY and sold my date!!! Blocking me on social media won’t help you!! We who have been wronged by Clinichub will be heard!!!
