“I have been purchsing online since 10 years now. With clubhousegolf.co.uk I had the WORST ecommerce experience ever. I place my order on July31st. A 900€ order that I immediately paid through money transfer. I received confirmation email with tracking code on August 1st. Order was supposed to arrive in 8 days maximum. On Aug12th, I called the Customer Service to have news and they told me that my order was shipped back to them and they DID NOT know the reason. They cannot send me another product before they actually receive my order back. Today, on Aug18th, I still don't know where is my order and when it will arrive. For sure, I will NEVER buy not even a golf ball from clubhousegolf.co.uk.”

“Hi.I ordered the wrong product and immediately after ordering I reported that I wont to cancel the order. The order without sense was sent to the Netherlands. I have to pay for shipping..I do not recommend shopping there.”

“Have used Clubhouse golf before and found prices and service second to none. Recently ordered an item for delivery in Spain - C.H. Despatched immediately but local delivery caused problems. Satisfactory immediate response from C.H. V. Happy to recommend”

“AWFUL CUSTOMER SVC, Xmas present went missing, asked them to send new one out today, told they must wait 5 days for investigation which is Boxing Day, they should be ashamed of themselves.....DO NOT BUY FROM THEM”

“Returned faulty goods 16 days ago, apparently they refunded me on 21/09. It is now 28/09 and no refund received, which is because it take this long to show up on my account - yeah right, loving that explanation - not. Lies after lies, no customer service. Steer well clear is my advice.”

“Echo the other reviews. Sent me wrong club and then failed to respond to customer service requests (at least 4 attempts ) through online portal, phone line endless so hung up. I have now just sent back for refund and purchased the correct club through another supplier. For this reason won’t use again, 1 star.”

“This company sent me the wrong golf club that I paid the expensive next day delivery for as I needed it. It took an hour on the phone to sort it out and they agreed to send a replacement club. I asked for the express delivery so I would have the club in time for my game which they said they would do. However, I have just received an email telling me that the club won’t be delivered until 1740hrs which is too late for me to use it. I will never use this company again. The order was shown as packed by “Les” who is clearly not very good at his job.”

“Firstly i have used these guys many times without issue. But anyone can sell ! when I receive a order with one club missing from their security tape sealed box. I made contact immediately via the contact us section of web page. This includes leaving your email. Phone number and order number. I have been in contact twice since through the website. No reply. Back yo PayPal for a refund. But I 2ae very happy with the 5 wood received and the speed of delivery”

“Never order from here. Two times in a row they have messed up and the support service is dreadful. First time they sent a left handed club when i ordered right handed. Second time they sent a fairway wood instead of the driver. Both times i paid for next day delivery and it was late. Both times I raised customer service issues and it took days to get a response. Still not had a response for the second. I cannot advise people enough not to buy from here.”

“Ruined my boyfriends 30th birthday!!! Ordered two golf clubs and one was sent left handed! We were going away the next day so didn’t have time to swap them over. Clearly their staff know nothing about golf, one left handed and one right handed golf club? Seriously. We have spent a least a thousand pounds there in the last 6 months but we won’t be ordering from here again.”

“Ordered a Ping 425 Hybrid club & trying to get in contact with customer service is a nightmare. On hold for 33 minutes then 28 minutes then 31 minutes finally got through to be disconnected twice. They do not answer emails I have wrote three emails with only an automatic reply saying we will be in touch! Well still waiting. This is the first time I have bought an item from Clubhouse and it will certainly be the last. It’s American Golf for me from now on don’t know why I even give this place a go, poor customer service all round, never again”

“Ordered a PING driver, website said 5-7 days delivery. After making several phonecalls and sending emails over a 3 month period, the delivery forecast kept being pushed forward and ending up with 4 months delivery time! Poor customer service as I as a customer had to chase them down every time for a new forecast. Aborted my order and got the same driver from another site within One (1) day! Will never order again from them. They uses us customers as a banker.”
