Poor customer service , always number 2 in phone que , asked twice for refund , sent 6 emails and no acknowledgement. Seeking legal advice as CHG in legal breach of consumer rights act

Ruined my boyfriends 30th birthday!!! Ordered two golf clubs and one was sent left handed! We were going away the next day so didn’t have time to swap them over. Clearly their staff know nothing about golf, one left handed and one right handed golf club? Seriously. We have spent a least a thousand pounds there in the last 6 months but we won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered a Ping 425 Hybrid club & trying to get in contact with customer service is a nightmare. On hold for 33 minutes then 28 minutes then 31 minutes finally got through to be disconnected twice. They do not answer emails I have wrote three emails with only an automatic reply saying we will be in touch! Well still waiting. This is the first time I have bought an item from Clubhouse and it will certainly be the last. It’s American Golf for me from now on don’t know why I even give this place a go, poor customer service all round, never again

Ordered a PING driver, website said 5-7 days delivery. After making several phonecalls and sending emails over a 3 month period, the delivery forecast kept being pushed forward and ending up with 4 months delivery time! Poor customer service as I as a customer had to chase them down every time for a new forecast. Aborted my order and got the same driver from another site within One (1) day! Will never order again from them. They uses us customers as a banker.

Ordered golf bag. It is now overdue with estimated arrival time with no tracking available yet (has not been dispatched after a weeks). When I call customer service they simply say nothing we can do due to being busy. Not good enough. Stay away.

48 degrees wedge ordered from Titleist. Recieved a 46 degrees. No or late reaction on my email. Hiding themselves behind Brexit and Covid 19. Never order there again.

Messed my order up. Ordered a Top and sent me some pants. several emails sent with little to no follow up. Left a negative review elsewhere and attempted to make me out as a liar. This is now twice I have been bitten by clubhouse golf. Customer service very poor to say the least.

Ordered online paid for express delivery 1-2 days, received an e-mail to say it was due, no tracking information, contact customer service on the day the item is due to be received to find out the tracking information only to be told that the items haven't even been picked in the warehouse yet. Would not use ever again and will return to using American Golf rather than this poorly run outfit

My partner just took up golf again after a 20 year gap so I’ve been looking to buy him some things for x-mas. I ordered trousers from Clubhouse Golf but accidentally ordered them in the wrong size. I hadn’t realised they don’t offer free returns (which was a disappointment) but they did have DPD drop off return at £2.99 compared with the £9.99 option. I decided to use this.....I've tried several times and keep getting a server error. I contacted their customer services returns team to be told there is nothing they can do about it. Terrible customer service and terrible returns service and policy so I won’t be using them again!

Would give 0 starts but unavailable. Sent a club back after 3 days. Expected refund as they'd done that on 3 previous clubs I returned. Now won't refund and won't provide any resolution. £200 out of pocket. Reported to Trading Standards. Their insolence and stubbornness to even try and reach out to me to get this issue sorted has been noted. Never buy from this company. Cowboys.

I spent in excess of £1500 with Clubhouse Golf on numerous different items the most expensive of which was a driver and a gold bag. Upon receipt of my purchases both items were missing without any explanation. When I eventually got through to their sales/customer service I was informed both items were out of stock. After numerous further phone calls I revived a different bag and driver. As part of my purchases there was a hybrid TM iron which I was informed would take a further 2/3 weeks before delivery. After 5 weeks I contacted clubhouse golf 3 times and have been informed my iron is out of stock (which in itself is interesting as I paid for it to be amended/adjusted. I have now been informed this will not be available until 25th October. Clubhouse golf are quick to take your money irrespective as to whether they have the equipment in stock or not, their communications (or lack of) are atrocious. After I receive my iron ( if I receive it at all) I will never be using this unprofessional supplier again.

I ordered Callaway gloves in size ML. But I got them in S. I wrote nearly 10 Mails and had 5 telefoncalls. At the last call my interlocuter promised me to solve my Problem! But nothing happend. I was very disappointed about this bad service. I ordered a lot of items at clubhousegolf. In the past everything was ok. So I have to give a bad rating. Maybe I can await a reaction!

I’m a regular customer but I’ve purchased a druh belt and after two times wearing the belt all the leather top layer was gone. I’ve send a couple of pictures but that wasn’t enough for Clubhouse Golf and Druh Belt. I had to pay for returning the belt. After a couple of weeks they told me that they didn’t received the belt and so no possibility for a complaint. Good service Clubhouse Golf and Druh Belt. 👍🏻

I am a regular customer , have purchased 3 pairs of Rain grip FJ golf gloves ,Apparently in error I have purchased Right handed ones ,I am a right handed golfer who of course wears his gloves on the left hand ,it sadly seems your employees are prepared to loose my custom for the sake of return postage ,I only wanted these exchanging for the left hand.

Do not order from this website. I placed an order for balls and gloves on may the 15th, haven't heard a single word from them and will most likely never see my products, given I see many similar feedbacks. Stay away.

Criminal. First they miss sell me a driver thats out of stock and don't inform me until i received the other item. Then tell me the finance agreement is now invalid so force me to pay pull price for the other single item, negating the 10% off deal. Then don't cancel the finance agreement! I'm out of pocket, grief caused by them is through the roof. Id have never bothered to purchase one club had i know the second was out of stock. Absolutely horrendous.
