They didn’t unfortunately, Dreadful experience, spent 664 on 4 dresses in mid October but none suited so did the return properly and within time with their company who have emailed confirmation of return on 28 Oct and I still have not got my money back, no phone number, just AI agent who says I am outside return time so now have no dresses and no money, do not use this company, no refund yet and it is 3 December

On top of that, i just wanted to return the pieces and get a refund, well their shipping took longer than the date estimated and so when the item arrived and they weren't responding to me, they forced me to miss the 14 day return policy on a $250 order!! The two items that were delivered don't fit anyways.

Instead, they issued a “final response” denying all responsibility and left me without my goods or a refund.

I will be grateful if the Management Team can look into this and give me a solution, either send it to my address or give me a refund.

Got a dress, was not like the picture it was very see through so i returned it and they told me they would refund me half and the rest after they receive the dress which they have not done. I tried to speak to an agent to get my refund i was promised and they told me that the shipping and return fee is not refundable when they clearly said i would be refunded the rest of my money once they receive it.

My item arrived late, I paid express shipping (which guaranteed delivery in 2-4 business days). The item did not arrive on time and I was not provided with a refund. Horrible company, would not recommend and I will never purchase from them again based on my bad experience.

Nice looking clothes but the minute you need a refund is when they will get difficult.

I bought 2 outfits , a dress and a jumpsuit . The material was below average , its like I bought from a very cheap place while the prices are not cheap its like i couldve paid 20 aed from shein instead of 300+ aed dress . I could have bought a higher quality dress with the same budget from a trusted place. And returning the item is very costly from Uae to the Uk . I am not sure if the customer service will be able to do anything about that . Send me a refund please

Problem with return! After requesting return label, which is usually straightforward with other companies ( only takes a few seconds to process) its now 5 days Im still waiting for return label to email back to me!!! And refund policy is two weeks only. Horrible company
