“ I love Club London and order regularly from them. Unfortunately, on this occasion a jacket I ordered was faulty. This has never happened before and all previous orders are all of the highest quality. I emailed the customer care email and received a quick response whereby I was asked to provide images of the faulty garment and then given a couple of options. To return and be refunded, or send a replacement jacket or to support carbon foot print offered to keep the jacket with a 15% discount. As I have bought the whole suit I asked for a replacement. Once I emailed proof of postage back to them a replacement was sent via next day delivery. The customer service and communication has been swift without any issues or delays I have now received jacket One happy customer Thanks ”
