“Called to ask if a part is in stock and got a blunt answer of '' does the part say it's in stock then its in stock'' in a horrible tone we speak to part companys on a daily basis and will not be using this company if they talk to customers like that”
“If it wasn't for the fact that I couldn't get the parts anywhere else, I wouldn't have bothered. There overpriced and there customer service is non exist ant. Dare to complain about a faulty part and they simply refuse to take responsibility. It has cost me an enormous amount of money thanks to a faulty part I bought off them. When asked would they contribute to the expense I had incurred in having to have the gearbox removed (again) fixed, and fitted (again) labour, oil etc due to the defective part they didn't want to know. The garage and gearbox specialists who did this work have been fantastic, perhaps coastal motorhome could take a leaf out of their book. The one star was for quick delivery.”

I asked the guy on the phone 3 times for verification on the part that i ordered.....he explained with a carefree manner that it was absolutely the right part. When i had taken the part to the garage the mechanic said they have sent the wrong part, i was not going to pay the garage for taking the old damaged part off and then returning the wrong part that you sent me back. I had to pay the garage extra to modify the part so it fit. On informing coastal motorhomes about this the person on the phone was non helpful, rude, an arrogant git with a chip on his shoulder. Really not a helpful company at all....even though it was his fault they sent the wrong item......just after your money, please be careful using this company. David.”
