“I’m so disappointed with cocktail porter after using them previously and having great experiences I ordered from them again. But my parcel has never been delivered, well after a month after it was due to arrive. After multiple emails to the team there, as well as multiple calls to fed ex, I’m still without the gift, no refund and little response to resolve the matter. It’s a shame as their kits are great quality when I’ve actually managed to get them delivered before!”
