“Made an order and they couldn't deliver it. They didn't reply to numerous emails requesting a refund and I still can't see any refund by them. Waste of time.”

After more than 20 days of waiting, I tried repeatedly to contact them to find out the status of my order — unfortunately with no success at all.
There was no response to emails and no answer on the phone, only voicemail every time. After a full month, I finally received an email informing me that some of the items I ordered were out of stock :)
If that was the case, why wasn’t this communicated weeks earlier?

After multiple emails to the team there, as well as multiple calls to fed ex, I’m still without the gift, no refund and little response to resolve the matter.
