“The website was attractive and easy to use and my order was delivered quickly. Putting a small pack of aeropress filters in a box was a bit excessive and meant it ended up at the sorting office as they couldn't post it through the letterbox, an envelope might be better”

“The coffee is excellent and i was grateful not to have to go on a mission in to town to get it. However, i only drink decaf at the moment and i would like to be able to get a weekly subscription just for this however thos doesn't appear possible. Quite frustrating.”

“Quality of coffee is very good and I really like the fact sheet showing where its from etc, I also like the Facebook and Twitter pages. Brew guides would be useful for the various methods”

“Tried coffee tasting club via introductory offer of first bag for £1. Web site allowed me to specify the mix of beans used to get coffee taste to my personal preference. Once selected coffee arrived within a few days and was excellent. However I have decided to go with a rival service for now. Cancelling my recurring payment with coffee tasting club was simple and hassle free as stated on their website. The coffee I received was good value when compared to buying it in the supermarket and the taste was superb. I may well be popping to the York coffee emporium on my next visit to the city.”

“Ordered a rhino wares grinder. I was contacted next day to say they were out of stock and offered an alternative. I said I was happy to wait and I had daily updates on the progress of the order. Even equals to say when it had arrived, posted and expected delivery. Communication was first class a really personal touch which is normally missing from the Internet orders. High quality products with the customer care to match. Will use again and would recommended.”

“The order arrived on time and in good order, so I was very pleased. However it would have been great if, when making the order, the option of buying filters had been included. The cup is a present and I didn't realise that the filters aren't that easily available so I would have ordered a packet at the same time. Now the person I bought it for will have to go through the palaver of sourcing the filters. (Are there any supermarkets that sell them? I live in Richmond - anywhere there?). Many thanks, Claire”
