Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered and paid for an outdoor fridge in July 2035 and despite promises from David on 0411236666 I still don’t have the product as at December 2025. The company appears to be a scam

After dealing with so many delays and dead ends, I finally reached out to Thomas Mitchell — and I can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner. From the very first conversation, he put my mind at ease. Guy called cause I didn't end up checking out/paying and then I did. Now he's not answering any of my calls and just decided to check review sites now and saw the reputation. What a shame of a human being!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS MOB!!! Avoid this company at all costs. We requested a refund on the purchase when it became clear they didn't have the product and couldn't deliver on it. The refund was never progressed after several weeks. We ended up progressing a dispute claim through our credit card company to extract the funds out of them. When I made a follow up enquiry and they looked at the order number they hung up the phone and said quote "talk to your bank".

I ordered and paid for a coffee machine on February 27, 2024. They (sounded like a nice gentleman) said they received many pallets of machines and that I'd receive the machine soon. These are all FALSE/LIES. Do not be deceived by their association with the MY DEALS website, an Australian-recognised deals site where they advertise their products. COFFEE BEANERY - THEY DO NOT DELIVER! With many phone calls and the promise of a machine or a refund. They no longer return calls, voice mail, messages, or emails. I used a phone that was not recognised, "The man" answered and pretended not to know me, said he was in a warehouse, struggling to hear me, said he was putting me on hold due to 4 other calls on hold and hung up. I should never have paid money through their XERO account system; given their association with the My Deal website, I thought they were reputable. He eventually told me they would refund me, but that did not happen, and I've been waiting since February. Followed up too many times to count, eventually he told me their accounts dept only work on Friday's and he'd follow up. Now he says he doesn't deal with accounts, only in sales. He has been deceptive all the way along. I have email and message trails! Have the decency to refund as promised and run your business ethically! At this stage, they are scammers. I will be taking legal action and lodging a complaint if my refund is not received in due course. Date of experience: 27 February 2024

I'm seeking information on the Coffee Beanery, with an interest to the person called Josh. Did you received your delivery from Coffee Machine? I ordered and paid for a machine February 27 2024. Endorse comments below of other scammed customers. Took $500+ from us and failed to deliver goods or refund money, despite MULTIPLE emails, texts and calls. Reported them to NSW Office of Fair Trading who knows about the company, but are unable to contact them. Beware!!

DONOT! i repeat DONOT purchase from this company. Paid for a machine June 23 and have not received it… contacted NSW fair trade who are in my opinion useless and a waste of the tax payers $. Multiple emails and unanswered calls and still waiting.”Josh” as he calls himself will block your number so all you get is an answering machine😡 stupidly did not read reviews before purchase… my stuff up 🙈. Legal proceedings now to follow…anyone else pursuing this route?
