“I was after a Eureka single dose grinder. I found Coffeeteca had one in stock. They had black but not chrome at a good price, but not so important, black is fine. I checked to see how it would be delivered before ordering. I didn’t want it left at the door but happy to collect from post office. I got quick confirmation. It took a couple of weeks to arrive. I never received a lot of tracking information and didn’t know it was arriving until the door bell rang. The estimated delivery times chart didn’t even have the ACT listed but did list rural Tasmania (go figure) Time for rural NSW was 6 - 10 business days so 1 - 2 weeks. It arrived on day 10. I guess that is on time but wouldn’t have minded better tracking details.”

“Cannot fault at all - so it's just going to be praise. From the website and buying experience to receiving the machine within 2 days and making coffee was fantastic. Ordered Wedesday night, despatched Thursday morning, was making coffee by Friday arvo :-)”

“Amazing service. Enquired about a product and they got back to me within the hour. They had to source the product. Two follow-up phone calls from them and the product was in stock and sent to me interstate. Prompt delivery and the gent I dealt with could not have been more helpful. They deserve to do well.
