“I bought a Gaggia Classic. The unti didnt look quite right to me (not quite square) so I sent a photo to Coffeeteca. They said it was definately not right and offerred a replacement, which was dispatched straight away and I received it a day or two later.”

“Very easy experience ordering from coffeeteca. Took advantage of a special mothers day discount and secured a good price for the Gaggia pro. Very good coffee machine. As described and working very well so far. Would be great to get some tutorial links on the machine and also info about descaling technique and frequency.”

“Impressive service. I sent an initial email enquiry and promptly received a callback after discussing my coffee machine needs I ordered a Gaggia Cadorna Barista Plus. Unfortunately, the machine arrived without the power lead, but this arrived by express post the day after I reported it missing. Since then I've moved house and the machine wasn't sounding quite right. Again, I was called back, even though it was a Saturday and the issue was quickly resolved and a simple fix (the water filter had dried out).”
