“So glad we bought our Gaggia Classic from Coffeeteca. The 2nd time we used it the on/off light stopped functioning. I called them and they sorted out a repair quickly. When they realised I wouldn't get it back until mid-Jan they replaced the machine! The new one arrived the next day! So appreciate their prompt and friendly customer service, and price, and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!”

“My first order from this outlet, based primarily on price as other beans were priced at double or more. Relatively quick delivery, and I put in a question as how the beans should be stored over a period of time? I got a prompt and intelligible reply. A 'tick' for that. As to the taste of the beans themselves? Still deciding, so far quite reasonbale as I use them in multiple grinding levels and extraction modes.”
