“Really liked the ciate blusher. Nice that it can double as a hi lighter. Wasn't keen on the contour kit and it's disappointing to get 2 products of the same brand in one box again this month.”

“Cohorted provides a box full of luxury beauty products from high-end brands for under half the retail price of the products. I love that almost all of the products each month are full-sized. Sometimes there are products which don't suit my needs but this is to be expected with any box - it's never going to be perfect. I love getting Cohorted delivered, it's always a nice great every month.”

“For a premium box I was disappointed to see the same items from 'new brands' that I had seen in other 'lower priced' boxes and had purposely stopped those boxes to switch to cohorted. That being said I did like one of the products. Will hold out for a few more boxes and hope the options improve.”

“Absolutely love Cohorted as my monthly beauty treat! It's amazing for discovering new brands and products I wouldn't go out and buy myself as part of my regular make up bag. The best bit is definitely the range of high end brands available in the boxes - especially when the products are full size!”

“the box was good, but not the best one. I think my favorite item was the CIATÉ LONDON GLOW-TO ILLUMINATING BLUSH but the Complexion Glowing Palette by Bellápierre Cosmetics is also really good. I think I would love to have more products for the body.”

“Love the Belle Pierre contour and highlight palette and the Doucce mascara is fab! The lip tint and gloss are long lasting but the colour doesn't suit ???? The ciate blush is very pretty but not much of a highlight to it.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Never answer the phone. Don't respond to messages. Royal Mail say they have no notification of the beauty box that Cohorted say they despatched 3 days ago. Now paid for 2 & received nothing. Avoid.”

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience. We appreciate your feedback and apologise for your recent disappointment in Cohorted. We have taken your comments on board. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in June then your first box will be delivered in July. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. However, we do apologise for the delay here. We have contacted our customer service team who will get in contact with you and help get your issue resolved.
