Very disappointed with the fact that you pay for two boxes in advance, but "apparently" you only receive the first one up to the 15th of the month, today is the 13th and there are no signs of delivery arriving anytime soon. So I have paid for two boxes in June, today is mid-July and I haven't received even one ... not to talk about the VERY delayed customer service. When you pay £35 for a subscription box you expect good customer service and luxurious service, this couldn't be far from the truth - if I had read the reviews, I would not have signed up for this at all ... canceling my subscription right away. SHOCKING.

Which means, for example, if you subscribed in June, then your first box will be delivered in July. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. We dispatch all of our subscription boxes between the 5th & the 15th of each month. All parcels will be sent out using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service. Cohorted have no customer services from what I've found. You pay a month in advance, like another reviewer there was a point were I'd paid for two boxes and recieved nothing, at that point I was keen to find out exactly what was happening. You receive your box around the 12-15th of each month and pay a month in advance. June's box however was a let down for products, and I've never received any other sample products in box like you get with other cheaper monthly subscription boxes. I was hoping for superior service and products for the price, I got neither.

would of give zero stars if could ,Got my June box they took money out off my account in June for July box but haven't sent it friends have all had emails to say they where shipped yesterday the 7th July .. i want my box or a refund terrible company would never off bought off them if i had off read others people comments...

Paid for 2 boxes already and not even received 1. Emailed them asking for the 2 boxes, and still no reply (2 days now) I will cancel immediately after I've got the boxes. Bad customer service, and I don't like the fact there is no phone number to call. They are in control of all of this and we have no choice...we just sit and wait...how bad is it that!?

I started my subscription on may! I paid on May and got my first box on June! So if i cancel my subscription now would i still get august box? I already paid for may, june and july! So i only got the box on june and waiting for july!

Im not a member yet, just thinking of signing up, but the the few comments on customer service bothers me and potentially holds me back from signing up. That and the fact that only the positive feedback gets an acknowledgement on the feedback page is worrying.

Being that June was going to be my first box ever I was quite excited to open the box and see what I received, however, the book is the first thing I read which I then worked out was for May so all the products I thought I had, I didn't. The palette and lip creme I will definitely use but the rest not so much unfortunately!

The products are good but the service isn't great. The brochure that comes with the products always has gramatical errors in and in this month's (june) box I received the brochure from last month's box... could be a much better all-round service.

The red lipstick was excellent, except I wear red lipstick only once every few years, so... the bronzer is nice too. Not a fan of fruity lotions. Was my first box and am not sure if I will continue. Will try another month or two, I suppose.

Where do I begin. I subscribe to all boxes available in the UK and this is by far my favourite one. Full size products of good quality brands. I love the balance of makeup and skin care and I am a sucker for lipsticks so I love how often I find them in the Cohorted boxes. Also love that I don't get any spoilers as to what is inside next or this months box. I like the unboxing to be special, part of the experience. Keep it up please! Maybe introduce a loyalty scheme.

Love getting all the beauty bits every month, the only thing I don't like is that if no one is in to receive the parcel I have to go collect it from my local delivery office but there's no reason why the boxes can't be reduced in size slightly to fit through the letterbox

Loved the amazing full size products, the bronzer gives a lovely even glow, the body lotions are both very different scents but equally beautiful, well done cohorted x

While the Lowe body lotion and BettHula body lotions are lovely to have 2 body products was disappointing. The Lin and Lo lipstick and Urban Decay lip liner are nice though. Bronzer is not really something I use but appreciated the full size and brush - I'll definitely try it. This was my first box and I was a little underwhelmed by the selection, but the sizes are good value so I'm looking forward to the June beauty box.

I was really disappointed to receive 2 x body lotions in this box - seems a cheap way to fill it up. Plus I got another red lipstick ( received red lipstick last months box) and I don't even wear red lipstick. The combination of the boxes does not seem very well thought out. Will give Junes box a go but may well cancel if similar experience

My May beauty box was my first beauty box from cohorted and I LOVED it! The moisturisers are fabulous and smell lovely and the lipstick was so pigmented! Not to mention the Urban Decay lip liner which is the perfect colour! I am super excited to receive my June box and have recommended cohorted to my friends and even the mother! Who will be placing her order at the end of the month!:D 10/10

I loved the Lin and Lo lipstick, beautiful packaging and stays on lovely. The urban decay lip liner is again a great find and I would not buy again. This month's body creams were beautiful and smell amazing. I haven't had much need to use the bronzer as yet but the brush that and companies it is lovely soft and thick and works well
