“The August Beauty Box had some very nice full-sized items, and I've gotten plenty of use out of the Laura Geller eye-shadow duo, and the Bare Escentuals i.d Bare Vitamins Skin Rev-er Upper. That said, I'd have preferred it if an eye shadow brush had been included as there were two palates in the box-the Bare Minerals brush in the box is beautiful, but I already have powder and foundation brushes! Also, I'd like to see more diversity in future boxes: my cup runneth over with all the eye shadows.”

“Shockingly bad customer service.. I order a lot of stuff online and I have never seen that level of ignorance. All emails to the customer service have been completely ignored, similar with tweets. My order has been send to the wrong address, despite the fact that I have updated address long time before order should be dispatched and then send emails to confirm it, and yes, also no reply. For relatively established retailer this is a diabolical customer service. Had to open a case with PayPal, otherwise it would not get sorted. Will never order from this ridiculous shop again.”

“The products received in the boxes are amazing value for money and allows me to try new brands that I haven't before. However sometimes the items are a bit of a miss for me and seem to be leftover stock rather ie the Snow White palette - still very good value for money!”

“Always some impressive brands found in Cohorted boxes. There tends to be a good selection of products in the boxes ranging from body, face to make-up. I have only ordered 2 boxes before and I found there to be duplication of products - in the Aug box, there were 2 eyeshadows and in the Sept box, there were 2 shower gels. Also, looking at the content of previous boxes, there doesn't seem to be too much variety in brands - cargo has featured heavily in previous boxes. Despite this, I have been very pleased with my 2 boxes - everything is from very well known, good quality brands and I love the selection of products. Excellent value for money.”

“I've had 2 boxes now and adore them! This time there was a gorgeous nars lip pen which went straight on my daughter's lips and then mine. Fantastic 'Nude ''tude' palate of nude eye shadows (worth £35 alone) so something else to fight over for possession with my teenager. Small molton brown energising shower gel - welcome always - good for mornings. Gucci shower gel - big treat and enough for maybe 3-4 uses - night time gel for us so the scent lingers on pjs and bedding! Lastly a smal tube of 'Put a lid on it' eyelid primer by the Balm. I have just run out of my usual brand , so tried this today - lovely smooth and easy to apply, will be my new favourite. Love these boxes and will be ordering more, just wish it wasn't such a frantic scramble to secure one!”

“Lovely eyeshadow and lip liner. Beautiful natural colours to suit all. Real shame to have two shower gels in one box. Looking forward to playing with these gorgeous eyeshadows. Can't wait until next month's box arrives.”

“What I love more than the fact that there are huge brands in this box is that there's no direct debit or contract. It's perfect and it's nice to choose when you want it. I am super chuffed with the box I got and will be buying again and again!! Xx”

“My first ever cohorted box and really surprised! Have had a few other beauty boxes before and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of full size products in this box. I love the nars lip crayon and the balm eye palette. I wanted to buy a nude eye palette and now I don't have to. Yay! I can't wait to try the Gucci shower gel it smells lovely!”
