“I have a back order on a beauty box, so will have to let you know how I get on with that. I bought Mac mineralized powder and it was delivered fine, just took a little longer than I expected.”

“Love the website and getting things at a cheaper price, but they lost a star because the website has consistently crashed when the beauty boxes are released, this needs to be sorted out!!!”

“my purchase was a pre-order beauty box and had three boxes in my basket but server crashed because of demand and made me not able to get one of the three I wanted. the actual payment process was easy enough though”

“April Beauty Box Well packaged and a good selection of 4 products ie. Mac blusher, BareMinerals face brush, Korres body lotion and Ark skin mask. Impressed that 3 out of the four products were full sized. Assumed dispatch day would be around the beginning of April but box didn't arrive until mid April. Disappointed that system crashed so have been unable to order May, June or July's boxes. I understand that Cohorted are making more of these boxes available at the beginning of each respective month but i must admit that the way in which to pre-order the boxes isn't ideal for me so I don't know if i'll bother ordering any more.”

“The products and discounts are excellent. The only thing that stopped this from being a five star review is that their site seems unable to cope with the amount of traffic which can make shopping a very frustrating experience. The beauty boxes are excellent value for miney however.”

“The contents are of higher prices than a lot of other beauty boxes but the contents are also often discontinued which is a bummer as then you can't repurchase products you like. Also it's really difficult to get the boxes. Overall though, this is a pretty good box!”

“Cohorts: I used to love the Cohorts but haven't actually bought any since the new website launch, when I used to buy almost every week. Quite often now the discounts just bring the prices level to other websites. 10% and 20% isn't worth it when competitors offer similar discounts codes and deals. On cheaper items, the discount is sometimes less than £1! The amount of sought after items (naked palettes etc) are small and sell out immediately. I missed a Naked palette which sold for £30.50 down from £38. However I bought one from another major website the next week for £28 because I had a discount code. It's not always the best deal so I pick and choose what I buy wisely and always shop around. I'll be honest - I preferred it before the changes. Store: I haven't bought from the store yet, but looking at the prices they look decent for brands you can't get cheaper elsewhere, like MAC and NARS. One thing I've noticed though is that the email that I get advertises the prices ex VAT, which is misleading because you go to buy them and the price is higher. I've passed on purchases because of this. Cohorted beauty box: I missed out on the first beauty box because of a website glitch (which I'm now glad of because I would have been disappointed with the contents- not for me). However, I got the second one which was all makeup, and I loved it :) right up my street. It's always a bit of a gamble when pre-ordering mystery boxes as they are often hit and miss, and at £22.49 it's definitely not the cheapest beauty box out there. However, if they are all like my March box then it's worth it :) I'm excited to see what the April box looks like but sadly I'll not know until the pre-order date for the next boxes has passed. I'm not sure if I want to gamble and doing it this was is not giving customers much chance to get a feel for the boxes before they commit to buying. Overall my experience of Cohorted has been good, and I've always been happy with my purchases and customer service, but they could definitely do more to entice people to buy more.”

“I received the March box. Very well presented, with a lovely box that can be easily used for storage if you have as much stuff as I do. The mascara was one I use on a daily basis, so a deluxe sample size for my handbag was great. The Sleek Highlighter palette is lovely, and since I can't get Sleek in my area anymore it was very timely! I've tried the Bare Minerals powder a few times now and not noticed any difference, but I think it's more for oily skin. Unfortunately, my Too Faced eyeshadow had smashed all over everything else in the box and was totally unuseable. A shame as it was such a pretty colour. All in all, decent value for money and some good products I might not have picked up on my own.”

“Such an amazing beauty box! I got the first one and adored all of the products in it. Such a good selection of high end products. All things I hadn't tried and have been very impressed. I was lucky enough to receive the extra item which was the hourglass palette and it's my new favourite beauty item! Presented beautifully and incredible value for money at £20. Only thing I have to day negative is that postage took quite a while, though I suppose it is to be expected with the launch of a new product. Great overall experience. Would 100% purchase again!”
