I continuously get excited when receiving the cohorted beauty box because it has a range of fantastic products inside, which I use on a regular basis! I love love love the most recent one and already, I've been using my NYX highlighting palette and my new eyeliner! Can't say a bad word really!

I emailed the customer service and they responded within a few hours. I feel so much safer knowing they're always on hand to help as I've unfortunately not had the same experience with other businesses. 5 Star.

I have been subscribed since last September and I really love the range of products in the boxes. This month the box had some delays but they emailed explaining this along with the booklet for the box, it was clear they did their best to inform us of a situation that was beyond their control hence the late delivery. They also offered a discount off another box as an apology. I’m Excited to see what’s in next months box :)

You can't get in touch with them, they don't ever answer emails. This month's box (February) was late and it was shockingly bad - the quality has gone downhill massively. It's not worth £35: a NYX contour set, a random brush, essential oil, a glow highlighter and a cheap eyeliner. Plus the quality of the box itself has massively deteriorated, the last two are cheap and barely stuck together.

I love leaving positive reviews but sadly I can’t in this case. After a subscribing for three months I cancelled my subscription after paying on the first I did not receive the box, I emailed three times, phoned (no body ever answered only weird automated answerphone), left messages on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. A week later I had a reply from Instagram and the January box was sent out very late and missing the main item of the clay mask :-(. I was anxious as you pay a month in advance however I did receive this months box following my cancellation. However the products in this months box I could have sourced for the price of the box, sorry to say who wants orange scented oil?? Lavender or any other nice spa smelling oil would have been lovely. The poor customer service and lack (entire absence) of response to my emails about not receiving my January box have sealed the deal and I shall not be renewing my sub subscription or recommending sadly.

At first I regretted signing up. But I received my first ever beauty box and loved the products. For me it's not how much the products in the box costs because can you honestly say you'd get to try half the stuff for £35. It's a good idea allowing you to try before you buy so I can't say I'm I'm happy although I did receive full sized products. We will see how my next box goes but to be honest all is well except for the fact that I didn't receive a hard copy of the product booklet which I would have liked.

This box is ok. It's probably worth around 30 quid? They have measured the box worth on the products being full sized but they are mostly TRAVEL sized. They also often have products in that are on websites like TKMAXX and Fragrance Direct or just being sold cheaply elsewhere. They never thank people for their constructive criticism on here - they on say thanks when someone is tricked into thinking it's worth the hype. I have now changed to Look incredible and recommend it massively.

The value of the subscribtion box is just creat, however I missed the variaty of products. January box contained products which did not suit my dry and sensitive skin, also it contained three products (body wash, scrub and lotion) of the same brand and smell. Ironically, smell of rose is the only I never buy so, I won't use it. In addition, I missed makeup products which. It would be great if it always would be a mix of makeup and products for body.

This box was an absolute scam, all of the products bar one were trial/travel size and the one that was full-sized was available in stores for £20 less than the price quoted by Cohorted. The total cost of the products in the box was £25, far from the £133 quoted and £10 less than I paid for the box. This was my first box of what was a 12 month rolling subscription which has now been cancelled. Corhorted is a disgrace.

It's a not so cheap trick. It's not propper sized things you get but samples you can get for free in shops. I wrote that I wanted my money back for the next not all ready shipped box but surprise surprise I haven't gotten an answer

quite happy but disappointed that marc jacobs was only a travel size yet you stated that it was £25.00...this was for the full sized product as i ordered another one from John Lewis and it was twice the size for £25.00 Also my box did not arrive until quite late in January

box was late. Again. For the 2nd time in 3 months. Contents of the box were underwhelming and not of the quality of the previous two boxes. Hotel freebies would summarise the contents aptly.
