“I order first beauty box 5th of February and they charge money like a normal i get receive to gmail that my first box it will be on 5th-10th March, but today is 20th of March and i still not get any box and funny thing is they charge me 1th of March for next beauty box so when i will get other one!!!!!??????”

We’re sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience at Cohorted. Beauty Box Subscriptions are placed one month in advance. Which means, for example, if you subscribed in May, then your first box will be delivered in June. We then bill on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and the 3rd of each calendar month, this guarantees you the following month’s Beauty Box. Hence your first payment in February was for your first beauty box in March. Please do contact our customer service team at customerservice@cohorted.co.uk if you have any queries.

“Order beauty box and took 3 weeks to arrive. Item NOT as described and was returned and received by them on 14 Feb. As at 17 March still NOT received refund dispite several emails promising refund being processed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!😡😡😡”

“Well at first i was happy but lately the boxes have been arriving late and falling apart and had the book missing. Tried to call cohorted but it rang for ages then hung up twice. Cant get through to anyone. Tfying to find a new high end beauty box company now.”
