“I made a withdrawal request and didn’t receive any response for several days. Shortly after, the balance in my wallet suddenly went missing. After a week passed without any clarification, I contacted support through the email in my bio, and they were able to help me retrieve the lost funds. Although I’m relieved the situation was resolved, the overall experience left me uneasy. It’s important for users to feel confident that their funds are secure and that any issues will be handled promptly.
