“That invisible credit problem was what I ran into when I tried to buy my first car. Partner that with a parent with zero financial knowledge (who had to co-sign the loan so I could get the car) and I walked away with the worst ever interest rate on a junk car from some sketchy dealership. “Few months ago ,I could remember when I got serious about buying our first home, my wife thought I was insane because we had a terrible credit and couldn't get a loan with that. “Few years ago, I had been dating a guy who I thought was very responsible. One day his truck broke down, and he didn’t have the money to fix it.
