“I think your vanity is high quality. I just finished installing it. It would of been nice if you had better instructions. Example I didn't know you had pre installed fasteners in the granite counter top. I didn't see that until I unpackaged the top. everything went well just didn't know it was included. They have answered the phone, heard my questions, worked through problems with me and have just done everything they could to get this vanity to me. “When we originally ordered our twin vanity, it was back ordered and scheduled in, six weeks later. The boat arrived on time in port, but our mirrors were to arrive a week later. Called customer service and asked that the vanity, sinks and counter-top be shipped immediately, as we had a contractor on a schedule. Our customer service man was great and made that initial shipment happen, followed by a FedEx ground shipment, for the two mirrors. All six pieces arrived in perfect condition. I opened and inspected the sinks, vanity and counter top immediately and was really impressed with the overall shipments packaging! The same applied to the twin mirrors! Knowing the product was made in Viet Nam and China, I figured that ‘ol Murphy would rear his ugly head and something was bound to be sent back for replacement! Shame on me with little faith! It is one great quality set and looks beyond beautiful! Both our carpenter and plumbing crew were equally impressed. We are charging our neighbors admission rates to view this most stylish and attractive vanity set! Great quality and great value!”

“Unfortunately I wasn't able to rate them higher as there was a 3 week delay due to the vanity being sent to the "bill to" address not the "deliver to" address. I caught the error before an attempt was made to deliver the vanity but redirecting the shipment took 3 weeks as there was no urgency by any party except me to resolve the problem. When the vanity finally arrived it was in excellent condition and met my expectations. Vanities Depot ended up refunding the delivery charge, which I greatly appreciated, as it seemed fair. IF the vanity had arrived closer to the due date I would have given a very good rating.”

Hello Kim, Thank you for your feedback. This sink has a 3" flat surface designed for easy cleaning. It is not designed to work with 2" or shorter neck faucets for this very reason.
