Why have Coles Kings Cross made a management decision to obstruct the exit with an empty trolley, forcing customers who have just paid at a cashiers to walk down and back through the self-checkout section?
Do they imagine we will learn to love it? That we will succumb to the bottled soft drink en route?
Being 90 with a bad leg i removed the trolley and demanded to see the manager, who told me just ask and they’ll move the trolley.
Don’t take this manipulative and uncaring behaviour lying down. Make them regret it
