“Brought our Suzuki SX4 in for a service today, was in just before 8.30 and the helpful service advisor told me it would take about 3 hours. I went into town and received a text after 2 and a half to say it was ready. It was clean and tidy and I was most happy with the prompt service.”

Hi Robert. Following your comments we believe you have been in contact with our sales team to discuss the issue further. All of our used vehicles go through a comprehensive preparation and checking process prior to collection and as has been explained, none of the departments involved in this process made any note of damage to the wheel at any point. Had damage been noted, or picked up by you on your initial viewing of the vehicle, it would have been rectified prior to you collecting. If you are not satisfied with the response you have received from us regarding this matter, you can email details of your complaint to enquiries@colinappleyard.com.

“Genuinely pleased with the purchase of my new car from start to finish. Dealt with by Matthew Lea in Ashton Under Lyne, a pleasant young man, and absolutely no pressure to buy. Was given a test drive in a similar car as the one I was buying was in Bradford, which he had brought over with no problems, he answered all my questions, and within a week I drove the car home, introduced to Sam the branch manager who went through paperwork and once again there was no pressure with any add-ons. I would recommend dealing with Suzuki Ashton, hence the reason of 5 stars. Thank you”
