Colin Appleyard Huddersfield were very helpful when we were looking for a new car, giving us plenty of options without applying any pressure, making getting a new car a very relaxed affair. We would certainly put them at the top of the list for getting another car.

My car went in for a routine service, but the mechanic found a major problem in the vehicle check. Although the car had to be kept an extra day they were able to repair it- essential as we are due for to go away on holiday shortly. At all times I was kept informed of what needed doing and why, and although the bill was more than I expected when I took the car in, it was a necessary expense and therefore well worth it.

I had never bought a brand new car, but Dean, the salesman put me at ease and without any sales talk OR pressure took any nerves away and could not have been more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble to explain or demonstrate. it was a great experience i enjoyed it all AND i bought the best vehicle i have ever owned, GREAT people, GREAT car. and i had a GREAT day. Highly recommended. THANK YOU.

Its the first time we have purchased a car from Colin Appleyard and we were very impressed with the service we received. Matthew Butterfield at Keighley was very helpful, he listened to our requirements and found us a car that we are very pleased with from another branch . Nothing was too much trouble on Saturday we collected our new vitara at the agreed time the car was ready and prepared as we had requested we are now enjoying our car with confidence.

Garage unable to diagnose problem with car not running, despite the fact this is a Suzuki Main Dealer and after 3 weeks in repair shop. Finally cause said to be contaminated fuel and a new pump assembly fitted. Issue of contaminated fuel taken up where fuel purchased (only one station ever used which has an attendant who puts in fuel). Where do we go from here?

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback - we are obviously sorry to see that you were only able to provide us with a 1 star review on this occasion. Having discussed your comments with our Bradford dealership, we are told that the reason for the delay was explained to you at the time & was due to the injectors having to be sent away along with the testing of various items to establish the cause of the fault. We believe that you were offered the use of a courtesy vehicle during this time to keep you on the road. With regards to your comment about contaminated fuel, this is not something we can take any responsibility for. The responsibility lies with the owner or person putting in the fuel into the vehicle. Our Bradford dealership have provided you with a sample of the fuel so you can take the matter up with this person and / or the filling station you used should you wish. Again we are sorry you feel disappointed by your recent dealings with us. If we can be of any further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Purchased a motorbike over the phone without seeing it in the flesh. It was as described (plus photos) and was delivered as part of the deal. Would not hesitate to use Colin Apleyard again. Tim C was very helpful and trustworthy. Thanks Tim.
