Great customer service. Friendly and helpful. Would rather have had car mats instead of chocs and a bag though.

I bought a used car from Appleyard Huddersfield recently and I did most of the research online. Matthew was very helpful answering all of my queries via email and gave me a lot of important and interesting information about his car. This helped me make my mind up to put a deposit on it and I drove 103 miles to Huddersfield to further investigate. Matthew gave me a reasonable part exchange value on a car he hadn't seen and honoured this when I visited. The used car was priced very reasonably especially in terms of the online photographs which looked excellent. When I visited the car was even better than the photos which surprised me and I enjoyed the relaxed test drive. Appleyard mentioned add on products such as gap insurance, interior/ exterior valet products and extended warranty BUT did NOT make this a tedious and frustrating part of the sale. I would recommend Appleyard based on my experience! Thanks

The customer service was good. I was unhappy with the delivery my car was 7 days late due to manager error this left me without a car. When I asked for a courtesy car in replacement I never got one leaving me to hire for a week unexpectedly.

We are sorry to hear about the delays with the delivery of your vehicle which on investigation do appear to have been down to clerical errors for which we can only apologise. From discussing your comments with the branch it would seem there may have been some confusion regarding the loan of a vehicle as the sales team were under the impression you did have alternative transport & were not aware this was a hired vehicle. In these circumstances we would wherever possible provide a courtesy car for use so again apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this may have caused. Just swopped my Suzy Swift fior another one - Colin Appleyard on both occasions. Delighted, excellent sales staff - no pressure - explained all the options but left the choice entirely down to me as the customer. Can’t praise them too highly.

We have just purchased a new Suzuki Ignis SZ5 Automatic from Colin Appleyard in Bradford. After we located the car online, I contacted John Toth, who was very helpful indeed. He always responded very quickly to my calls and handled all aspects of the transaction politely and efficiently. We drove down from Fife in Scotland and the car was ready to drive away. I am very pleased with the car and my only regret is that as we live so far away from Colin Appleyard in Bradford, we won't be able to get them to service the car for us! I would strongly recommend Colin Appleyard and John's professional manner. It was well worth the journey. Thank you!

I'm extremely happy with Colin appleyard in Keighley. A massive thankyou to mathew and Jonathan who talked everything through with me, and told me everything I needed to know in detail. They were in constant contact letting me know updates etc. It was my first experience buying a car and I'm glad I chose colin appleyard as a car dealer! The staff are extremely polite and always have a smile on their faces. I would highly recommend colin appleyard 1000%.

Finally got round too giving feedback got my sx4 crossover from Bradford on motability back in July but due too health problems not really drove the car . Now I'm driving more I must say it's best car I've ever had . All through from my first steps into canal road showroom and upto present day ive loved the service I've had from John and others .will definitely look at colin appleyard first when looking for my next car

Just purchased a Subaru Forester from Huddersfield branch. Simon in sales was excellent, knew the product inside-out, nothing was too much trouble. Only time will tell regarding servicing, I will write an update after I have used that department.

My neighbours told me that both rear brake lights on my Suzuki Swift were out one evening. Shipley Suzuki were able to replace these the next afternoon. I took the car to the Canal Rd. garage drank some nice coffee and - hey presto! - the car was back with the brake lights working. I was charged £9.50 for this. ( I have a service contract with Suzuki.) I was very happy with Tracy's prompt and courteous handling of my problem. Thank you, Colin Appleyard Shipley!

We were unable to get an Suzuki Ignis Automatic from our local dealer without waiting 3 month. I went on the internet to find dealers who had one in stock, many claimed to have them but when push came to shove I found they too could not supply! However, I contacted Colin Appleyard, Huddersfield who said he had one in stock,Therefore I had no trouble in traveling the 60 mile to see it, and yes they came up with the goods. The Salesperson we saw was Karl Madden, very honest, very down to earth, took me for a test drive and yes I purchased the car without being pushed by anyone. They even offered to deliver it. I would recommend this company to anyone, no problems at all and Yes I love my little flame red Suzuki Ignis, its a pleasure to drive and it's pleasure to trade with Colin Appleyard, Huddersfield.

Bought my new Ignis early March this year and the whole experience was excellent. Love the car very much, its just what I needed. The customer service from Simon and the team in Huddersfield was excellent. Everything about the sale and car was explained very well and made the whole process quite easy. Well done Huddersfield

Spotted a bike on Autotrader so popped into the Keighley branch to have a look, tidy bike at a keen price, I honestly struggled to find better. Luke the salesman was very helpful and not at all pushy. I placed a deposit with a view to making a final decision after a test ride the following week. Unfortunately the weather conspired against us and I had to leave it for another week. On turning up for the test ride the bike had been PDIed as agreed, was spotless and had been serviced and fitted with new matched tyres, good quality. Test ride over, weather did its worst again half way round, I decided to buy paid and completed the paperwork, again no pressure and I felt I could have backed out at any time. Agreed to pick the bike up later that day, returned to find it had been cleaned and was all ready for collection. Bearing in mind this is a relatively high mileage bike that is probably at the bottom end of the stock range it had been treated by them in the same way as the high value stock, new MOT, Service etc. I can honestly say I was surprised at the level of service, all the staff I interacted with both in the showroom and on the phone, were very friendly, helpful and delivered as promised. I can honestly say that when I am looking again they will be my first stop.
