Purchasing vehicle was professionally done. Had to wait a day for finance to be confirmed then was a few more days wait to pick up the car. Was excited to wake up and get my car but on the day I was told I couldn't due to a problem with getting road tax. No apology given the next day when I eventually picked the car up. I then had a problem with the infotainment system voice recognition which was not fixed the first time. Over a week later the car was taken back and did get fixed. I was offered a pick up and courtesy car on this occasion which was great but overall I had been inconvenienced on three occasions.

Recently changed my car - the whole experience was pleasant, well managed and with considerable attention to detail. This is our 5th car from Colin Appleyard Keighley. Thank you again for your helpful and friendly family approach.

Used the MOT Service. deception used to charge and replace tyres which were not required. A tyre check the previous day found the types to be in legal condition. Wheel hub caps not returned to proper position. Brakes, which were fine before MOT, are now squeaking loudly. Will be taking further action.

After dealing with Keighly branch I would strongly reccomend AVOIDING Colin Appleyard. The manager is undeniably rude and has no respect for his customers. A deposit was placed on a nissan note under agreement with staff that the car would be moved to a closer neighbouring franchise to be test driven before completing purchase. After over a week, a call from the manager was received stating they want insurance and tax taken out for them to move the car as the purchase had already been made. When expressed that the purchase was not yet complete and the car needs to be test driven first as agreed with the staff, the manager abruptly stated the staff wouldn't of said that and refused to send the car for a test drive before the purchase was complete. The Manager wanted to complete the purchase before test drive and when it was expressed a test drive was needed, the manager refused to sell the vehicle full stop. Absolutely appalling and shady customer service!! Previous Toyota, Honda and Skoda experience has always been fantastic. But Nissan! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Or at the VERY least, avoid dealing with this branch.

I found them on the internet, while looking for a second hard car. I spoke with Karl on the telephone (as I live over 200 miles from the branch). He was so helpful, took a lot of time with me, explaining about the car, asking questions about mine that I was trading in. They even delivered it to me, to save me that long drive. I just wish I lived nearer so that I could have it serviced there.

Fantastic service once again from Matthew Butterfield at Suzuki, Keighley. Gives great advice, no heavy sales methods. The collection of the car was quick and simple. The car looked stunning and the hand over area is a great addition to the dealership-nice and dry, somewhere quiet to go through the workings of the car. I have been a customer now for around 7 years and can also highly recommend the service department, well organised, professional and cheerful! Well done to all the team at Keighley! Thanks Dawn

Usually your car gets washed and hoovered when work is carried out on the car and it wasn’t. Then it wasn’t completed until last thing of the day at 4:45pm even though you got it first thing in the morning.

Recently had my car serviced at Keighley. I have my up most faith in the staff, both from their professional skills and from the way I was greeted and cared for, and kept up to date during the time they had my car It restores my faith in garages having recently experienced a tyre company telling me that my brake pads were worn out but when the service team checked them for me there was nothing wrong with them Have been a customer for the last 15 years

I was a walk-in customer at CA Nissan In Keighley. I was immediately impressed with the friendliness of Adam the Sales Consultant and upon sourcing a new vehicle to my requirements was happy to conclude a deal. All aspects of the sale were handled efficiently and professionally and I would be happy to recommend CA Nissan in Keighley to any prospective new/used car buyer.

After buying my 3rd car from the Huddersfield showroom i cant say how happy i am withthe service i recieved from them. When i took my vehicle in for the first service the staff treated with a lot of courtesy’s making sure that i was satisfied with the vehicle and anything i was not happy about they explained things so it was easy for me to use. Would recommend them to all my pupils and anyone who asks me. Keep up the good work chaps

Yesterday we purchased a new Nissan Juke from you. We were looked after by Wayne Kitching who went to extremes to be helpful, informative and very considerate in talking us through the whole process.
