I was very impressed by the thoroughness of the process and the fact that much of it was on video leaving little room for misunderstanding. Matthew Butterfield, the sales assistant was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the product. Hw was able to answer all our questions fully.

Nice friendly atmosphere at the dealers. Transaction carried out with no problems. If this Suzuki is as good as my previous two I will be more than happy.

The customer service at the Bradford branch, Canal Road is second to none . A warm and friendly greeting on arrival from all staff, in a very clean and tidy showroom . All work carried out by experts with great communication regarding any work done . Even though the move from The Shipley premises has made my journey a little longer , I was offered a pick-up collection service to and from the garage. Car beautifully clean inside & out on collection. Well done Tracy,Jason & team. Thank you .

Went in for winter health check. Invoice stated that courtesy wash and vac had been carried out. I could find no evidence of this as car was washed and waxed immediately prior to going for health check and was splattered with dirt on return to me which, I assume, was due to being taken on a test drive. Dirt on floor inside vehicle indicated it hadn't be vacuumed at all.

Generally very happy with the service provided at Huddersfield but I had my annual service & MOT last week and mentioned that both registration bulbs were out... the warning light on the dash was on... I collected the car but when the auto lights came on at dusk ..guess what so did the warning light... it means I now have to make a trip into town to get them replaced... not a big deal but one I shouldn't have to do

Very happy with Dean's approach not pushy but just right and from past experience I know and hope that the after sales service is just as good as at the moment I have two queries that have not yet been resolved.

Called in to the huddersfiełd site' we were looking for a small. 4x4 . We thought the ignis , looked the part'. So 1 hour later , we bought one. Everyone was friendly , helpful. Explained everything . Absolutely no pressure, the price was the price. So all in all a great little garage"

Looked at boring cars everywhere then went to hudds Appleyards saw subaru XV wow,manager mr Ali did me great p ex and discount no more dirty diesel nice guys i love scooby well pleased .

Just picked our nissan juke from the kieghley showroom and Adam Harrow was an absolute star he made the effort to make it special he not only unvieled the car to us he took the time to answer any question we had showed us how every button worked and then gave us chocolate for Christmas i hope everyone at Colin Appleyards has a merry Christmas and a happy new year again special thanks to Adam Harrow for going above and beyond brilliant service adam if i could give you six stars i would Kind regards from the Roberts family.
