Just bought our 6th Suzuki from Colin Appleyard's In Keigthley. Wonderful attention and service from all the staff, from sales,service, and valet of the car. The Swift is 2 years old but looks like new, we are so pleased. Suzuki never fail to deliver outstanding reliability and excellent value for money. Colin Appleyard's attention to customers is 1st class. Best dealership in Yorkshire, that's why we have bought cars time and again,from them.

Excellent customer service skills from start to finish, felt very welcomed by friendly staff. From choosing the car to collecting it the service was very good. Good communication over the 3 days of purchasing to me collecting it. Easy and painless. Second time I've purchased from here and I would purchase again.

Excellent customer service having bought our second hand quashqai a few months ago. I cannot rate them highly enough. I would not hesitate to recommend Colin appleyard Keighley to anyone wanting to buy a Nissan.

Crap garage paid 150 for a lot work done. Bike came back with knackerd lead. Rang garage refused to replace it but send me one to do. AVOIDDDDDDD

We have looked into the complaint you have raised (both her & via Facebook) and we are satisfied we have carried out all the work correctly and have done so in a professional manner. The AJS scooter that was brought to us for repair left in full working order. The issues that you highlighted were snapped leads; one to the main battery terminal along with the charging lead. We resolved both these issues and delivered the bike back to you with all work completed and tested. You contacted us again several days later complaining of the same issue occurring with the charging lead. It had snapped again. This suggested to us that you were most likely at fault due to an almost identical problem occuring to that which we had recently rectified. That being said we did offer, as a gesture of goodwill to send you a replacement lead to fit to the battery yourself. After this you were uncontactable via telephone. We have records of all work undertaken including outcomes and tests to ensure everything was completed to our strict standards. If you feel you have not received a service that satisfactory then please do, as already requested on 2 occasions, email full details of your complaint to c.bond@colinappleyard.com to be dealt with via our official process.

Recently used for first annual service. Happy with customer service received. Welcomed on arrival. Received very nice courtesy car. Received video of my car before work commenced. Phone calls received on progress and when to collect my car and everything explained when I picked up my car. Steve was particularly friendly and helpful. A big thumbs up from me. Will return in future.

We bought a car from Colin Appleyard about 14 months ago and have been very pleased with it so that when we wanted a second car they were the obvious choice. Again they have been incredibly helpful in helping us find the car that we wanted. Service experience could not have been better. Very friendly and knoweldeable sales person (Simon Morley) went out of his way to be of assistance.

Great service. Particularly liked the health check video sent to my phone during inspection. Nice touch ! Prices for my two new tyres were surprisingly competitive and my MOT was free of charge. Who can say fairer than that.

Very impressed with booking my car in for a service. Had a reminder by text a few days prior, a phone call on the morning of the service to let me know when my car would be collected. And the best bit was that my car was returned cleaner than it went - inside and out. Excellent and worry free servicing.
