Hi, this was my 2nd visit to Bradford branch and very satisfied with the service given to my Vitara. Car was in great condition once got back. Due to covid restrictions still very well looked after. Staff was very helpful from start to finish. Thanks a lot for excellent service.

The salesman I dealt with Michael did not know what he was doing all the way through the process then yesterday after telling myself and ringing my son to say he would deliver the new car to my address it never happened we ended up going to the garage in Ashton to pick up the new car Michael then called my son and myself a Lier to cover up his mistakes the manager thought he could rectify the mistake by talking over me on the phone I will never ever deal with this garage ever again to be called a liar because Michael could not do his job I found absolutely terrible makes me think what’s going to happen when it’s time for a service I have phoned motorbility to let them know how very vulnerable people are being treated by the staff at this garage.

We have spoken with the dealership regarding your comments and Dan did confirm that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the delivery of your Suzuki Vitara and we would like to apologise if the explanation of this came across wrong, it certainly wasn’t with intent. Dan also advised that due to the inconvenience and upset that had been caused, we did give you a full tank of fuel and believed that when you left the dealership both yourself and your son were happy with the service that you had received from Nick. Again our apologies for any misunderstanding or upset caused and we hope that this will not prevent you from returning to us again in the future.

The attention and service I received was first class. As a motability customer every care was taken to make sure all my needs were met with a smile and good humour. The changeover from old to new car went as smoothly as was possible under the current Covid restrictions. Would always recommend for both sales and service.

Bit disappointed with the customer service at my second year Ignis service. Could have been lack of staff due to covid? Car excellently cleaned though and assume the service itself does well as usual.

As good as could be expected during Covid. Little disappointed that I had to pay for mats and £15 of fuel bit churlish really considering I was spending 15K+!

Bought my second car in under 4 years from Appleyards. Always good staff who are willing to help.I dealt with Patric who sent me plenty of photos/videos and prompt responses to my questions.

Excellent service, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, respectful of the covid guidelines on distancing etc. Car was in first class condition and I trust that any issues going forward will be taken care of. Very professional outfit and never over pushy as we found elsewhere.

Excellent service in Bradford. Pick up and drop off guy really helpful and we talked about Liverpool FC! Kept informed about service etc and video really good. Done so few miles it all seemed a bit unnecessary but I understand warranty needs etc.
