Customer service has always been, and remains, really good. The video feedback from the garage is just one illustration. Also the use of a car at reasonable cost whilst work is being done is very handy. I find the service costs reasonable too. A very professional operation.

Just had a new brake lighted fitted. It was pouring down with rain and hail. Someone came to my car door with an umbrella and escorted me in. Very caring and kind. I was looked after throughout my visit. Thank you I really appreciated this and have told others i know.

Our second Suzuki Vitara purchased from Bradford branch. From initial phone calls with Dean and follow up service from Simon, the whole process and service was excellent. No pressure sales and no haggling required as good trade in price offered automatically. Everything explained and arranged to make buying the car easy and enjoyable.....the way it should be! We have found the follow up service to be just as good and we have been really happy with the Vitara which is why we were happy to return to Colin Appleyards and stick with the Suzuki Vitara for our new purchase.

We found Michael Wright (Ashton Suzuki sales) to be really knowledgeable about the new hybrid 1.4 Suzuki Vitara and an all round good guy. We had done some online research before we met. Reassuringly, there was no 'guess work' on his part as to what the new model offered above our existing 1.0 Boosterjet Vitara. We told Michael we were shopping around for other prices and models. Without any pressure, Michael remained polite & still interested in us as potentially continued customers. Although finally we purchased a completely different hybrid car elsewhere, we'd both still recommend Michael Wright for his help and in fact, all the staff at Suzuki Ashton for their good customer service.

I have nothing but praise for the way we have been treated by Colin Appleyard Ltd. Our salesman, Matthew, was personable, friendly informative and honest. Negotiations were conducted swiftly and efficiently and we are very happy with our new car. I would certainly recommend anyone considering buying a Suzuki to use this company.
