“Very friendly, no hard sell which I like very much. Karl made me feel comfortable and was happy to show me the cars I was interested in and did not pressure me at all to make a choice and a decision. Good price for new car and great part exchange price given. The whole process was not rushed, he made time for me and gave excellent customer service, explaining everything very clearly. He told me what needed to be done on the car and said I would be able to collect it in a couple of days, which I did. He then went through the car with me and how to work everything. He went above and beyond, setting my phone up. Always happy with Huddersfield Appleyard garage, they all give great customer service.”

“Had my car serviced and mot'd at the Huddersfield branch yesterday. Great experience, courteous service and they even cleaned the car inside and out! I honestly don't think I would buy another car from anyone else and am lining up my next one soon!”

“There service in how they organise collecting my car for its service & MOT was fantastic the guy was so polite when he dropped my car off Cleansing Handles steering wheel etc Also sent Video of all checks in which I thought was Excellent keeping me up to date with everything . Thankyou .”

“I have had a total of six cars from Colin Appleyard Ltd and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very friendly and experts at what they do. A special mention about Barry on service reception at Ashton-under-Lyne, he is friendly and nothing is too much trouble, a credit to the firm. Total score on my last visit for service and MOT - 10/10.”

“Quick and efficient service from Colin Appleyard Bradford. Called for a quote to replace the front brake pads was given two options and was able to complete the work the following day. I have crossed paths with Jason on a number of occasions and every time he has gone above and beyond to provide the best possible customer service. I would highly recommend Colin Appleyard Bradford & will no doubt be back in the future.”

“My lovely Suzuki Vitara went in for its initial 2 month / 2000 miles check. Accommodated the following day - completed while I waited and received immediate follow up text with link to the video showing me the inspection carried out. Love this - very reassuring for anyone who worries about what actually happens in the workshop. Excellent service as always.”
