Efficient. They did what was asked and more. Loan car very easy to organise. I picked up my car which had been cleaned as well. Result!!! Free lifetimes MOT'S as well

Car was well serviced and cleaned. However, despite me checking during the day, I wasn't informed that the car was ready for collection. When I called at about 1745, I was told that the servicing bay was shut. On collection the next morning, the contents of the glove compartment were left on the passenger seat for no discernible reason. Room for improvement I'd say.

Good customer service. I do think £280 is steep for a major diesel service. I'm not sure that there is £100 extra work compared to the minor service last year. I would shop around but the car is on a lease. Car was ready on time.

Hi Ben, Thank you for your review and comments. I know that Tim, our service manager has chatted to you about this already - but I just wanted to reitterate where the £90 difference comes from with a minor and major service. A major service includes everything of a minor service, but you also get a new air filter, a new pollen filter and a brake fluid change - plus a small charge for the labour involved in this which equates to the £90 difference. I hope this has cleared things up for you - but if you have any further questions feel free to get back in touch.

The car went to Colin Appleyard Ashton for annual service. It was collected and delivered and the service seems to be OK. The staff are good, helpful and friendly, but this time no car wash ?

Hi Trevor, Thank you for your review. We apologise that your car had not been washed when it came in for its service - I believe Eve, our service manager has been in touch with you to explain that our water had unfortunately been turned off at the time. However, this information hadn't been relayed to you, so for that we do apologise, and I believe Eve has now arranged for your car to come back to us for a thorough clean.

Did not find the service advisor very friendly although I very much appreciated the loan of a car which was a quick and simple process as was booking the car in.

I only hope the good service on buying the car carries through to aftersales. I have been a VW driver for over 30 years. Time for a change. Sam Fenton has been excellent throughout.

Mr Ali has been most helpful in the aftersales service and has ensured that all our problems have been dealt with and has proven to be an honest and assuring man of his word! Cannon fault the aftersales service at all. Highly recommended. Mr Darren Bullas has also been very helpful when I have had any queries. Very prompt with his replies.

Overall the service in the Keighley branch was very good - especially by the service manager. They did the work efficiently and gave the car back in sparkling condition. The only reason I haven't given top score is that some of the team were not that well informed about what was needed, but nevertheless the experience in all was very satisfactory. I would not hesitate to have my car serviced there, or if I were looking for a new car - I would definately visit them first.

Been looking for a Vitara at the right price with low milage for some time and spotted the one I purchased over in Keighley, so one weekend we headed across from the Lake District to take a look, wasn't disappointed and clinched the deal that day. Had a couple of problems once I picked the motor up the following week SRS warning light kept coming on and the nearside wing mirror needed replacing but to be fair both issues were sorted by Tony and the team (they even came over to the Lakes twice to pick it up whilst leaving me a courtesy car) so now real complaints. The only opportunity would be to carryout a closer inspection of used vehicles prior to selling/delivery. Observation of behaviours and professionalism relating to the team at Keighley was very high. Just changed the gearbox, diffs and transfer oil. Gearbox was clean, diffs and transfer box was a wee bit black but no sign of water, love the motor nice to drive in good to first class condition hopefully it should last me a few years as I'm planning to keep it for a number of years.
