“I would like to say a big thankyou to Colin Appleyard Keighley for the amazing handling of my part exchange. Steve Sheffield and John Chew clearly explained every thing and where never pushy. They sorted out a few problems that needed seeing to on the Suzuki I was purchasing without hesitation. The customer service was excellent, nothing to much trouble, even explaining how things worked in the new car. I was very impressed, and recommended you to my friend, who received the same excellent customer service. Well done, I would certainly recommend you again, and the chocolates very nice ! Bridget”

“Colin Appleyard Keighley have been my "go to" Dealer for some years.Having researched the market I found Suzuki to have just the type of cars I needed and have now driven several different models all of which were great.The company are a rare mix of modernity and good old fashioned service.Several staff have been with them for years-always a good sign.Before being tempted by the heavily advertised online disruptors give them a ring -you may be very surprised”

“Thankyou Colin Appleyard for a stress free part exchange . The ethos of excellent customer service was apparent as soon as we arrived. We had travelled well over 100miles to purchase our dream vehicle and on arrival we were made welcome by the staff before we told a member of Appleyard staff what our business was The sales staff were excellent——— nothing was too much trouble,we were not rushed neither were we waiting for appropriate attention. The vehicle we purchased was ‘ ready to drive away’ and was as good as,if not better than, it’s description .The price we paid was fair considering the excellence of the vehicle and the allowance given for our trade in .
